Unaspected Uranus and Mercury in the 5th house? Unlucky for us maybe? How bad are oppositions from Saturn to the MC? Any info please

Hard to give a detailed opinion without the synastry, but you have a nice Davison chart, with angle rulers Moon Venus conjunct in 8th, and Saturn, DSC ruler conjunct IC and IC ruler in Scorpio, deep commitment, forming a fixed grand cross with the other angles.

Uranus conjunct Jupiter exact sesquisquare ASC from the 5th house brings unexpected happenings in the 5th house (love, children, creativity, gambling) most likely to change a bit the planned course of your relationship (ASC)
