For romance? This doesn't look intense at all. No Mars/Venus. No sun/Venus. Pluto Venus and Pluto Saturn? Ok... pluto sq Asc is obsessive, but this isn't tht intense. ------------------ Leo ♌️ Sun, (2nd House), Venus (3nd House) Scorpio ♏ Moon,Mars,Saturn (5th House) Cancer ♋ Rising Svātī Nakshatra IP: Logged |

this is not good synastry; it doesn't even show much of a friendship between the two people and certainly not overwhelming attraction. the mars is opposite venus by sign and someone has their stellium in the other person's 1st house, but there is very little here to be happy about in terms of dating/romance. it just doesn't show anything interesting between the partners.IP: Logged |

If anyone is obsessive, it is the person on the inside. It is her PLUTO that is square the guy's VENUS, so there's a fixation on the guy's romantic feelings.I don't know the degrees, but the inside person also appears to have a natal PLUTO quincunx MOON, which indicates they don't have a very good handle on their emotions. Her MARS is also square the guy's MOON. That's a cocktail for explosive outbursts that is only saved by that sextile to the guy's 3H MERCURY-JUPITER, making him articulate and genial. Even that isn't great though, since there's that MERCURY square MERCURY. They share commonalities, but the woman is a burden to the man. They're not on the same wavelengths. Even their direction in life is polarized. NN opp NN. For the woman, her natal VENUS-SATURN conj NN implies she must slow down and be more responsible in her love life, and will be prone to heartache otherwise. CHIRON conj SN. IP: Logged |

Blind writer,So, outside of seeing 'conj' rather than 'conjunct', (and NN, though, I'm starting to go there from NNODE), I REALLY had to double-check the writer on your post, because, in my pre-coffee state, I was sure I had written it. Soulsister-besties forever. IP: Logged |

I will concur that I'm not finding any overwhelming connexions, the likes of which are often responsible for such May-December pairings. The biggest thing here seems to be the NNODE-CHIRON, as was mentioned before. This is an opportunity for his growth through her healing. It could be mutual; there's a weak sextile of his CHIRON to her NNODE as well. That's a clue to a theme. More depth would need to be explored, as this is clearly about nuances. Which means, not an overwhelming attraction, but potential karma balancing. I need to see: SNODE VERTEX KARMA (3811) DESTINN (6583) PSYCHE (16) EROS (433) VALENTINE (447) ALMA (390) to make better determinations. IP: Logged |

 NNODE-SNODE ties are very indicative of karma needing to be balanced. But romantic karma? ... I'm not seeing that. IP: Logged |

Thanks for your responses guys - very helpful and insightful. The reason I thought that perhaps there was some intensity was first because her Moon is in Gemini, which is a third house energy, which funnel into his Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Chiron. Most importantly I thought was it's conjunct the cusp of 7th house, making these two potentially more compatible in ways that wouldn't otherwise be true. Possibly the conjunct Venus/Saturn in the second house are meaningful, though I am unsure.I guess the synastry is far more subtle than I thought (I'm new to this :-D), and indeed I had not considered the significance of the Nodes suggesting they are headed in very different places. Sorry, although I agree with this synastry not being exactly a romantic's dream, I have to disagree with the nodal axes conjunct in reverse as being a separative aspect: on the contrary, many long-term synastries show it is a connective aspect, showing a continuance of past and future with these two people, a karmic love from the past continuing in the present and into the future. Nodal axes conjunct is a soulmate indicator, either direct or reversed. If the nodes where in opposite signs but not conjunct, maybe, But being so closely conjunct, definitely connective aspect. Plus, there are major planets there, on each other's nodes, mutually. Of course, many other aspects are needed for an actual relationship to take place. IP: Logged |

Likely due to the large age gap, especially considering the man is the elder. House of morals and such. IP: Logged |

With his NN conjunct her Chiron, Id rather say that he heals her, and it will be his mission somehow... but this age gap is WHOAH!IP: Logged |

There are a few synastries I'd like to get my hands on, for sure. But no. It was the firs thing I saw after reading what was posted above my reply. Of course, like I said, I'm probably just jaded. IP: Logged |

My Time of Birth is a bit fuzzy. My original birth certificate does not have it (yea I know) but my mom said late morning so I can be a late Leo ascendant or early Virgo rising. Also, someone on here earlier this year that I have a prominent Venus position, so I guess it's in the 10th house. I have a big Saturn/Uranus influence in my chart. I'll go with an earlier time which I think it's 90% correct. Here is the synastry chart with psyche, eros, valentine, iris, and the other asteroids Indigo mentioned. Any input on the composite? I told you I was jaded! In my life I've seen this alot. I have a few friends who have married women 20 years younger, then the women up and leave the relationship fighting for every penny the man has in nasty horrible divorces. I'd love to see those synastries. Can't really ask for the wives DOB and TOBs though. So, I'll never know. Saturn in the 2nd is about feelings of security and financial issues. Maybe they could help each other be better with their finances or business dealings. Do they work together or have business together? She might feel his is a father figure type that would bring her security or it could bring "heavy" feelings in second house matters. IP: Logged |
