I wish to know too. I have my Mars smack on my partner's MC and I also have it on my sister's MC.
What I noticed that I feel very protective of both, and I feel like it's my job to shield them form any " harm" that others might try to cause them, specially in public. My sister looks up to me as a protector/someone to seek sanctuary under and she relies on me as the first person to get her out of nasty situations. Both of my sis and partner are Watery/Neptunian in nature, I think that what triggers it.

My son has his NN exact on my MC, so his SN is on my IC. This indicates a past life link as family members, which makes us feel comforted and nurtured by one another. Yes, very true.

There are often lots of MC contacts in my synastry charts with people who are important to me. I've read somewhere that the Asc/Dsc shows attraction, the MC/IC shows the dynamic of the relationship. Lots of MC contacts may mean that the two people feel a natural partnership. Loaded 10th house in synastry may mean the same thing.

It's quite true for me, I like when my MC is aspected by other people's planets. I like the "We are good together", the "We do well together" feel. If my MC isn't touched then often it results in me feeling "Well I like you but nah that's not enough".

Mr.Uranus has his NN 1 degree conjunct my MC, and his Juno and Alma conjunct my MC.

My Uranus squares his MC exact, along with his Sun.

I think angle connections are always important.
