They say unaspected Mars means little sex and aspected Mars means lots of sex, but what about the physical relationship outside of sex? Do you think it can be described from the Mars contacts in synastry? Perhaps a combination of aspects and signs?

Using personal examples again.
I had those with a guy:

his Mars square my Venus
my Mars semisextile his Venus
Mars conj Mars in Sagittarius
my Mars trine his Sun in Aries

He was super physical, sometimes in a soft way, sometimes in a rough way, and I liked it. He could, for example, randomly pick me up and toss me on the couch for some cuddling. I'd beat him with a pillow. He'd grab me into a hug and twirl around. I pushed him into a swimming pool several times just for the fun of it. And it was emotionally warm--we were not fighting but enjoying ourselves.

In short, we had a constant habit of roughhousing like puppies.

A friend of mine was horrified by all that. She said she dated a guy like this once and she hated when he did that. I checked their synastry: his placements were kind of similar (both Sun and Mars in Fire), but their synastry lacked any Mars contacts with major aspects. Her husband also has no such habit. They do however have a Mars contact in synastry which is his Mars sextile her Venus. Notice how it is a comfortable sextile. No hard aspects. Her Mars is not involved at all.

I don't mind it when he's playful or physical. Just when he hoists me up and tries to throw me. He's too good at that, and my equilibrium's not the best -- mainly why I quit Judo myself.

But his CAN VEN is very affectionate.

I'd have to go back and look at my other relationships in terms of overall physicality and see how MARS was positioned.

I DID notice the last time I saw my Twin that I finally allowed myself to be as comfortable as I felt, and found I was more physical. He's always been big on hugs when we get to see each other, (it's rare), and I let myself not be self-conscious when we posed for a photo. We sat next to each other during lunch, and wouldn't move if we were accidentally bumping into one another -- you know how that goes; your shoes collide, or knees, or some-such. But he's a lefty, so if we collided in a big way above the table, we'd laugh about it, and I'd do this ... thing, where I don't pat his arm -- it's more like touching his arm for a few seconds, while apologising. Beats the hell out of me.

Oh, and we'll elbow each other when we're kidding around.

I think the most telling is our DW MOON parallel MARS, to be honest.

Mars/Jupiter DW both aspects a bit wide but possibly have influence.
Mars biquintile Mars
Mars opp Pluto & Mars/pluto contraparallel
Mars trine Neptune
Mars sq Uranus but far too wide.

Her Mars square my Pluto, trine Uranus, conjunct MC and depending on what orb is allowed, conjunct my Eros. Probably other asteroids involved but I usually stick to planets

His mars trine my mercury and quintiles my moon

We are really physical, we always have to touch and tickle each other, he enjoys to suddenly grab me and then we have a little "fight" for fun, we love these small physical fight and we have them everyday lol… in general we love to make fun with each other constantly, and we sometimes seriously act like we are still 5 years old!:P

I really feel like we have a physical active relationship, despite both our mars isn't especially active. But in both our natal chart it is, and in composite we have sun sextile mars too.
