It could be difficult for the couple to access their emotion, or there may be a sense of uncertainty that pervades. The 12H is an energy which doesn't do well when you try and order or rationalise it. It's meant to be abstract and spiritual.

If there's a high level of emotional maturity and a strong honesty between the couple, then a 12H MOON can point to spiritual and meditative pursuits. It also depends upon how the cMOON is placed.
