Focus on good aspects to your IC and 4Rs. That's how I've been evaluating a similar situation I have. Soul sisters are the BEST.  IP: Logged |

I would also look at
6th house
Moon, for both emotional compatibility (IMHO, it's important when living together) and a sort of domestic feeling.
Mars, for physical compatibility. It's usually checked in romantic synastries, but I believe it goes beyond that. You have Moons in compatible elements, that's a plus. Scorpio Mars is in symbolic sextile to Virgo Mars, so they are fine, too. IP: Logged |

4R = 4th House Ruler. Anytime you want to know about a living situation, look there.
