Topic: Adonis conj. Moon 0° Synastry - How does Adonis differ from Mars?

his Adonis-my Moon 0° conj.It sounds good to me, but what does it mean? Is it like a lighter, quieter version of Mars-Moon? Obviously, Mars is way stronger since it's a planet, but in what way does Adonis-Moon differ? How do the Moon and Adonis work on each other? His Adonis is also square my Sun 0°
square my Venus 0°
textile my Mars and AC 0-1°
trine my DC and NN 0-1°
quintile my Mercury 1° It makes aspects to other asteroids, too, but I just wanted to show the aspects to personal planets.
How might all of them aspecting his Adonis so tightly make his Adonis feel? Anyone ever had someone's personal planets all hit your Adonis? How did it feel?

I think Mars and Adonis are different. Adonis is about beauty/attraction, Mars can mean many things. Mars on Moon is very "hot" in all respects, including the conflictual ones.
Moon finds Adonis very beautiful and is very emotional about this...finding. lol

I have this with my celeb obsession. He's the Moon. The orb is wide (4) but it's supported by my Pluto. What can I say...sometimes I call him Adonis in my mind  Even his first name asteroid is conjunct Adonis in my chart  I think it's exact. ------------------

Same here. The first time I ever saw his face I actually said out loud, "He's Adonis Incarnate." That was before I ever even checked the synastry and saw any Adonis connections.

Youthful, sexually alluring, confident and magnetic. I can't find my exact sun example but Demi Moore has Adonis in the same sign as her Sun and Sharon Stone w has it conjunct her moon and square her asc.IP: Logged |

As far as I remember personal planets on someone's Sun/Moon midpoint often occur in important relationships. Here it's Venus which I suppose is perfect. Not sure what role Adonis would play in this configuration. You say it's conjunct Venus...Do you find Venusian qualities attractive?It would be good if you checked his Aphrodite.

Aww, you said that so beautifully. I'm still not clear on what his Adonis conjuct my Moon means. It's the tightest aspect in our synastry. Does Adonis like the way Moon expresses emotions?

For example Adonis conjuct Moon in synastry with add a empahsis on being readily emotionally avaliable to them. Mars conjunct Adonis would imply them being that cheerleader for that person when it ccomes towards their personal passions & drives. In other cases Adonis conjunct mars would imply a lover who tries to make your sexual experience the most satisfying for you. Now, I'm starting to get it. That makes sense. I remember when I first met my husband, I would sit at his feet while he was sitting on the sofa talking to me, and I'd just stare up at him... completely mesmerized by his gorgeous face. I was absolutely enthralled by him.
I checked the synastry, and my Adonis is conjunct his Ascendant 0°.With this other person, my Adonis is conjunct his Amor 0° and Psyche 2°, and trines his IC 0°. His Psyche, Amor, and IC enthrall and mezmerize me. They're what I find spellbinding... his spirit and soul, his inner being. I feel a spiritual affinity and kinship with him, like he is a soul-mate of sorts, not romantically, but in some spiritual way.

Composite Adonis conjunct asc would implied an constant and consistent fascination with one another, this isn't the couple that suddenly loses that initial spark that first made them meet in the first place. Adonis conjunct Venus would be a soul tie. Since Adonis is the soulmate of Venus (broad term for Venusian Goddess of Love Ishtar/Innanen in Sumerian Mythology) IP: Logged |
