All my recent threads are about sex. xDWhat I'm getting at: we are always told that a guy's Venus roughly represents his perfect woman, his anima, thus, a male Venus conjunct female Sun is like whoa, wow and omg. But if his Mars doesn't contact her personal planets, is it going to be a warm friendly feeling without any sexual attraction? Because the genderless intepretation of Venus conj/trine Sun is exactly this, a lot of warm fuzzies and "wow they are so cute" but no passion whatsoever. IP: Logged |

I don't know you are male or female, but you know when you see a girl that you think is beautiful, but provocative? That's it. How does it play out? It has a bit of roughhousing and aggressive cuddling. Sun girl will be like:"You are too mushy" and the Venus guy will be like:"Stand down!" And then comes the friction. I am a woman. So, this is an aggressive aspect ? Who is the aggressor / source of friction ? The Sun female ? Can this aspect in synastry lead to antagonism between the two people involved ?

Hmm, what aspect of Venus to Sun would make one person consider the other totally unattractive? Like you know, when you see this person, they are not ugly or anything, they might be even conventionally pretty, but you are like "nope, never"? Would an opposition work that way? Or like when there is a celebrity everyone thinks is hot and you have no idea why anyone would consider them hot, they are totally plain and unattractive to you.IP: Logged |

Not really "aggressive" but has friction. Both will be uncomfortable. The sun girl will feel too overshowered and the venus guy will feel she is too flighty. But there is attraction, and it will lead to closeness. And "antagonism" really depends on the rest of the chart. On its own, no, it's just a fun but a bit bumpy aspect. IP: Logged |

A quincunx, maybe, between the two charts could make the two people NOT attracted to each other, ("not my type", so to speak), despite great individual beauty ? IP: Logged |

I think there has to be many bad aspects that you really can't see anything good. Also it depends on what aspects fit you. For me, i don't want my mars with a gurl's venus, i like a mars-moon DW. It differs. IP: Logged |

The guy feels he really despizes the girl, and doesn't appreciate her femininity, but attracted and kinda wants to punish her femininity with his mars  And the girl feels the guy is a jerk or sometimes a sissy and wants to use him. This aspect is sex for sex only. You know like a scene in a movie where a guy and a girl are annoying each other physically and verbally, then it explodes into hot sex on the floor? If Mars doesn't aspect any of her personal planets, sexual attraction is still possible with Planets on the 7th house/Conjunct the Descendant, planets falling in the 5th, 7th or 8th house, venus/pluto aspects or Asc/Asc aspects.I don't think any Sun/Venus aspect is unattractive so long as it's aspected somehow a form of attraction will exist, it just may not be easy such as a conjunction or trine. No: mars sq. moon is totally different. Mars person thinks moon person should man up all the time. And might get aggressive and taunting for it. It makes really deep but aggressive sex. What orbs are we talking about ? I have Moon square Mars (6 degrees) with my "friend" who abruptly called off our friendship and vanished into thin air last week. We were PLATONIC FRIENDS although I fell in love eventually. I do feel protective of him and miss him so much. We have his Mars squaring my Moon and opposing my Sun & Mercury (9 and 11 degrees respectively). Finally, my anti-vertex is EXACTLY conjunct his Mars while his anti-vertex conjuncts my Venus (3 degrees). For him, natally, his Mars also squares his Venus (10 degrees) and Moon (13 degrees). Are these degrees too wide to have any effect on our synastry ? I found him handsome and aggressive, but in need of some TLC, too (which I was more than prepared to give him). The mars guy feels you are too feminine. So he feels he is free to boast himself. With the moon guy, since girls in general sense the guys's moon, will be treated extra by your mars. What if my Mars (as a female) makes some "sexy" aspects to a few of his personal planets but his Mars makes no "sexy" aspects to mine? Does that make him less sexually attracted to me? Does that make me a dominatrix?  For instance, in our synastry:
My Mars oppose his Sun
My Mars trine his Moon
My Mars square his Mars
My Mars square his Pluto His Mars square my Mercury

I totally agree with the ascendant idea As for pluto: pluto is to far away to be felt i think. At least for me. Pluto and outer planets lurk around, subtly watching. You don't feel them immediately. But adding itto the combo will entice it of course IP: Logged |
