What if it's the other way around? The idea of making a baby is a huge turn off even if people are in love and might actually plan/want babies? The obvious asnwer might be a harsh aspect from Moon to Mars... but a friend of mine provides an opposite example.
When they decided to have a baby, their sexual life practically decreased because both found the idea completely unsexy. They have Moon-Mars trine (her Moon), Mars trine Mars and her Venus square his Mars.

I also know a case in which a DW Moon-Mars trine didn't work that way either. At least one of the partners involved found no excitement in the idea.

And yet her Mars opposite his Moon provided a girl with a "I want to bear his child this night" sexual fantasy.

I think baby-making aspect are more about mars-jupiter in synastry (don't know about natal) But if a guy has this aspect, or has a cancer mars he is probably totally crazy and turned on about the idea of making a baby lol

another contradictory example from my own synastry

Mars trine Jupiter
Mars square Jupiter
Mars close to Mars in same sign in 5th house of children
Moon trine Mars
Moon in 4th house of family

No trace of baby-making. Neither of us have any natal Mars-Jupiter aspects, but our shared Mars sign is Sagittarius, so Jupiter is still involved.

And I have natal Sag Mars opp Gemini Moon.

And yet trine doesn't always work the way it is supposed to.

I'm curious if anyone has any experience with asteroid (#4386) Lust in these types of synastries?

For example, would a man's (#4386) Lust asteroid exactly conjunct a woman's Moon render similar effects to that of a Moon-Mars conjunction in synastry?
