In my synastry chart it says that I have a moon (28 degree pisces) conjunction with a guy's mars (2 degree aries). Is that still considered a conjunction? If so how does that play out. Do the planets still influence each other. It also says that it is conjunct my mars (23 degrees) and venus (22 degrees :/) in pisces. How does one interpret that? Our birth times are accurate. If you have time to answer this question that would be greatly appreciated. My questions aren't always answered on this forum, so I hope someone will come to my rescue! oh and in the composite chart there is nothing but squares! but in out synastry we have some pretty dope contacts. How does that work out? His Venus conjunct my Vertex (libra 0 degree) His moon and north node conjunct my Psyche (pisces 0 degree) His Pallas conjunct my sun (0 degree in aquarius) My sun falls into his 8th house. His vertex conjunct my saturn AND south node AND DSC (0 degree in Scorpio) My saturn trines his Mars (5 degrees) My moon trines his sun (2 degrees) But his Saturn and Uranuus squares my moon mar and venus. What's the prognosis? thank u IP: Logged |

it's 106 degrees where i am today so the heat has fried my brain this past week. but, i will help a smidge since i am a conjunction queen and love all things conjunct :-) first, your mars and venus in pisces have a wide conjunction to his mars in aries. so, in synastry this would not count as a significant aspect. in synastry, we try to keep orbs very tight and this looks to exceed a tight orb, plus it crosses into the other sign, so... nope, not interesting. the other one, your moon at 28 to his mars at 2 - that is conjunct, within 3/4 degrees, so it technically "counts." however, you would interpret it slightly different than a conjunction that occured within the same sign. in the same sign you will find similarity of function and some commonalities between the two people (if they were both in pisces or both in aries). since his is distinctly aries (2 degrees is far in considering it could be at 0 or 1, and yours is still pisces), you can basically surmise that you won't have as much "in common" as a couple that had the conjunction in the same sign. you will still have attraction, because the moon/mars conjunction is one of synastry's top attraction aspects, but you will both come at the attraction differently; if it was housed in the same sign you might come at the attraction in the same way. basically, he will act aries in his pursuit and you will act pisces, but because it is a clos(er) conjunction his efforts or yours will be ok with each other. if it was in the same sign he'd approach you much like you would him. here there will be a distinct difference but you will both like one another anyway. plus, he has a pisces moon as well, so that'll help :-) make sense?IP: Logged |

Thank you so much for your troubles. Wow! 106 seems super intense. Yes, it does make sense. He is more aggressive and well I'm uncomfortably pisces like. He's on and off and I just don't know what to make of it. What do you think about the overall chance of this relationship? He has an unaspected venus and I hear those are difficult to deal with. Should I give this time or should I walk away? I don't know if that composite chart is good. And how much do astroids figure into synastry? Thank you so much! And I hope you have found some shade (or an AC) to cool off! IP: Logged |
