I have this with my ex husband. My Mars is conj his asc. I never felt nervous around him. I always felt very much at ease with him.

Clearly we were attracted to each other. But sexy was never the most important part of our lives nor strongest pull.

I have this with 2 "friends" of mine. My Scorpio Mars conjuncts their Ascendant.
I like them. There is a natural affinity, positive energy, sometimes sparks, good laughs and something my Scorpio Mars loves: I can talk dirty with them without being misinterpreted. Eventually I realised they both had a crush on me, I gave a chance to this but ended it soon as it felt platonic for me.

I have this with someone and it is INTENSE! It is an exact degree conjunction. I am the Asc and he is the Mars. I always wondered how he felt around me. I feel an incredible intensity around this person, like they just OOZE the Martian Sex appeal. They aren't someone I would normally be attracted to but when in his presence I just can't help but feel it. There is a lot of desire, but I always wonder if it's just me feeling it. We also like to DO a lot together, a lot of activity.

Virgo -- He wants to be around me a lot. He is NOT a touchy feely person whatsoever, but when he is around me he has to touch me somehow. Like he'll playfully tug my hair, etc. He also wants to be in my presence. If I'm there, he has to be in the room.

He likes to "do" things for me. Like I could ask him to do something for me and without hesitation he is there ready to act.

I also can't look at him in the eyes for very long. If I look at him for too long I get overwhelmed! He also brings out a lot of "sex drive" in me. I am a sexual person, but sometimes after I leave his presence I'm just hyped up to the umpth degree!

And might I mention this is a platonic relationship, NOT a romantic one whatsoever. It actually is frustrating for me!

I'm Virgo Asc I was around him yesterday and he randomly just grabbed my arm and wanted to reposition me closer to him.

The mars aspect plays into working for sure, we LOVE to work on things together and actually take on projects together. For example, he helped me paint my house, helps me with my yard, shows me how to do things, and we have the best time doing it. He would build me a house if I asked him, I swear! lol

Yes it is EXTREMELY uncharacteristic of him.

Actually I just made a post about our relationship this morning thats still at the top of this forum "area"? Whatever the heck its called lol - I'm new to the whole forum world...
Seriously funny this is a hot topic at the same time I posted because I find it to be a big aspect of our relationship.

He is very quiet and shy, always working on projects. Around me he is NOT shy nor is he quiet. He's INTENSE. It is very noticeable to everyone around us too.

Either way, I would say it is a very intense aspect for the ascendant person. Anyone on my ascendant is intense anyway, but Mars? It's over! It's as if his Martian energy feeds off my natural way of existing. My "being" drives him, just me being who I am. It's fun, but weird fun.

VIRGO YOU ARE MAKING ME DIE LAUGHING!

I constantly thank him and he is so awkward about it!!!! It's hilarious!!! He doesn't know how to handle the compliments, it makes him all squirmy! Like he wont let someone else do for him, he wants to be the do-er. For example two weeks ago he came over and helped me with my yard, but needed a key cut. I offered to run and get the key cut and he had the hardest time saying ok to that? Like it takes two seconds to cut a key dude, let me repay you that way? When I got back he was so apologetic that I had to take 10 minutes of my day to do that for him. So he wants to be the worker. It's actually really sweet.

I find making him uncomfortable (in a playful way) fun, so I POUR on the gratitude, like "this makes you squirm, HAHA! I'm going to make you SQUIRM!!!"

Thats awful! lol

I think the man may find the woman a little bit intimidating, there's a certain uneasiness although not necessarily a lack of attraction. I know guys with Aries Mars and Aries Sun, and there's just a difference. There's a guy with his Virgo Sun conjunct my Mars and Venus and there is mutual attraction. But he also has an Aries Mars near my Ascendant. Sometimes I feel the gender roles are reversed and for me that's a turn off. Whereas a guy with an Aries Sun affected me like no one ever has. His Venus was also 5 degrees away from my Ascendant.
With Venus it is the opposite. I like to see the male Venus conjunct the female Ascendant or the female Venus conjunct the male Descendant.
I don't like female Moon conjunct male Ascendant at all! As a matter of fact I don't like it the other way round either. From the RL synastries I know it always involves verbal abuse, belittleing of the partner although this overlay is frequent. I like the Moon on the IC. The Sun is great on any angle as far as I can tell.
