Me again. Bear with me; my SR had SATURN rising (exact) with an (equally exact) SUN-NNODE; SATURN on my MOON, with the rest not further than 2š from my nPLUTO, BML, pVENUS, pJUNO -- the whole shebang; in some cases, still exact, or less than 1š.

Things have been powerful, intense, extremely karmic, and a bit surreal since October began. I've been feeling like I'm racing a ticking clock, though, I know I'm not; it's just the karmic configurations activating. But then, they ARE activating. Since my birthday, when it became exact, I've been feeling like a torrent of emotions -- which is VERY uncharacteristic for me -- and quite illogical.

Last summer, I began running the synastry with my partner, and I was ... rather surprised by some of it. For one, his SATURN in my 8H led to a whole somewhat bizarre investigation into karma and debt and negativity needing to be cleared, and so on.

Has anyone heard of, or had the experience with, the delineation of the 8H / SATURN overlay being that the SATURN individual was 'in some way responsible' for the 8H individual's death? Granted, it was prefaced with, 'in extreme cases', but, hey. You're gonna need to add that 'disclaimer'.

But I can't be objective about this; I can not. I'm to the point where it's all running together in a giant jumble, and my everything is on overdrive, and MAN, is the NODES hanging out with my SUN and conjunct this last eclipse over my SUN really pushing me to confront some rough stuff.

So, give me your second opinions, in whatever flavour they come. I can post the synastry if need be -- but you guys are pretty used to it by now.

Now, for the record, I don't in ANY way think that this is operating NOW. I couldn't even find representation for, say, an auto accident being the influence there. I DO think, however, it can be linked to karmic influences. (Draco, and what not.)

What are your thoughts there?

Thanks for the 'second opinions'. I feel they're the only objective ones available to me right now.

This reminds me of something I read in Blashke`s book on relationships:

"The deepest karmic lessons are usually accompanied by pain and suffering. ... it would be found with an overlay Sun, Moon or Saturn in the 8th house, with the planets also in synastric square or opposition...it has been my experience that a light or Saturn overlay in the 8th house, which also opposes Uranus, Neptune or Pluto, or is in conjunction or square to the nodal axis, shows a relationship that will result in deep loss and sorrow, either through a painful ending or a death."

I donīt think this has to necessarily happen - in this life- but might psossibly relate to a past life as well.

I think this paragraph might have stuck with me cause it is an occurrence that comes up in Mr Law`s and my chart.

my Saturn is exactly conjunct his SN in Cancer in both 8th houses.
While there are no challenging aspects to Uranus, Neptune or pluto at a tight orb, what comes up in terms of that Saturn-SN-conjunction at 0°06 in our 8th houses, are these:

-my Saturn opposing his chartruler Jupiter 0°13
- my Saturn sesisquare his Juno 0°06
- my Saturn on the contrascion of his Venus precise: 0°00 orb!

- his SN quinkunx my 8th ruler Moon 0°15
- his SN conjunct my VX 4°43
- his SN square my Chiron 3°11
- his SN trine my Juno 0°07

and in terms of declinational aspects

- my Saturn parallel his DESC 0.02
- my Saturn p his SN 0.25
. my Saturn cp his r7, Mercury 0.49
- my Saturn cp his r1, Jupiter 0.33
- my Saturn cp his Venus 0.34
- my Saturn p his Vertex 0.43
- my Saturn p his SN 025
- my Saturn p his Saturn 0.53

- his SN p my Vertex 0.40
- his SN p my SN 0.24
- his SN p my Saturn 0.25
- his SN p my DESC 0.52

BAck then reading that I found it interesting, cause every dream I had back then, some feeling like past life recalls, they all ahd to do with the pain of loss (and abuse of power oftentimes, too) in one way or the other.
SEveral times it took me DAYS to recover from these dreams.

I certainly hope not.

Although I wouldn't be surprised if my current relationship (his Pluto and Saturn overlay my 8H widely conjunct my Pluto) ends with the literal death of one of us. But that's because we didn't connect until late in life, more than 20 years after first meeting and I would be surprised if we don't continue in some sort of relationship.

It is clearly a deeply karmic relationship though.

SATURN overlay in 8H is inescapable. Something will happen. It's especially tough for people with natal 8H SATURN, since they are particularly sensitive to that energy. On the plus side, 8H SATURN natives can get "used to it", and/or take rein.

I don't need to recount my life/death ordeals for you, since you pretty much know them all already. But it was certainly a potent teaching point. JUPITER saved my hide, for sure.

my SUN quintile KD's SATURN 1°
my MERCURY (8R) sextile KD's SATURN 1°
my VENUS semisq KD's SATURN 1°
my URANUS sextile KD's SATURN 0°
my NEPTUNE widely sq KD's SATURN 4°
my NN semisq KD's SATURN 1°
my CHIRON sesq KD's SATURN 2°

The softer aspects are a blessing in disguise, especially the SUN-SATURN quintile. Trying to harness the wild MERCURY-URANUS energy was no easy task. My MERC-URA is semisquare both my MARS and SATURN natally, so talk about dangerous, wild rides.

I can tell you I am not keen on any repeats, though.

edit, idk why threads keep coming up that remind me I'd that situation but yeah I'd prefer not to have anyone's saturn in my 8th house. I'd also prefer if tSaturn would hurry up and get out of Scorpio lol it's intercepted in my 5th and I'm sick of all the doom and gloom in general..

I am such a Saturn in 8th house person.
Also, Saturn is retrograde, in Cancer. D`oh!
Plus the handle of my bucket formation, and a singleton as it is the only planet on the Western hemisphere.

Using traditional rulership the mutual reception between Moon in Aquarius and Saturn in Cancer is head over one of two dispositortrees in my chart.
Even if not using traditional rulership. Moon is the ruler of 8th house falling into 2nd house, Saturn as ruler of 2nd house falling into 8th house. And Moon is quinkunx Saturn. It is almost the tightest aspect, about 8 minutes. Well, the Saturn-Juno-trine is tighter still, one minute of orb.

HOwever it may be, there is a LOT being channelled through this Saturn I think.

EDIT:
Jupiter in Pisces is the head over the other dispositortree of my chart. At least Jupiter and Saturn are trine each other (with a little over 5 degrees, but I think it holds), and with Jupiter in 3rd house, they can at least talk to each other.

Well. That's really not very encouraging, is it? Hm. Here I was hoping that I'd receive something akin to the usual, 'oh, it's more likely to be X than Y.' And whilst it's 'extreme cases', it's staggering there is such a case in this small, but scattershot sampling.

As you guys know, there are some definite interaspects here; a kind of configuration present. And just the other day, Hypatia thought to enquire into my thoughts on INTERKOSMOS (2365). It struck me -- the time she posted it -- being right after my SR, and in the midst of a bizarre 'reality overhaul'.

And, of course, it's on his SATURN, 1°.

Bringing this extradimensional point into the mix seems part and parcel for the course -- and very well might be redirecting the Saturnine influence to some degree.

But that doesn't negate the configuration, which is as follows:

His nSATURN is square his nSUN (2°) and conjunct his drTISIPHONE, (0°30) which is square my nTISIPHONE (0°) conjunct my nLACHESIS (1°30) and his nSUN (2°).

(That's not even bringing in his nTISIPHONE-HADES conjunct my nCHIRON-PREY. Or how it's reversed in Draco, with my drTISIPHONE on his drCHIRON, 1°. Or how his nPREY is conjunct my nDEJA, 2°.)

It seems that bizarre evidence is mounting which illustrates my inexplicable experiences and subsequent fears. While I can't bring myself to believe that such a thing would happen here -- I'm facing difficulty denying its existence elsewhere.

Hypothetically speaking, how could we obtain answers? Would that be via Draco links to the tropical? Nothing in my natal hits his nSATURN; my nSUN is 8° from opposing it, with nPLUTO 10°. I count neither.

However, his Draco hits the nSATURN dead-on, and that's with drHADES-TISIPHONE.

If counting other aspects, then it's my nTISIPHONE which squares it (0°) with nLACHESIS (2°). And, of course, his nSUN is there, 1° conjunct.

It looks ... oddly self-explanatory. Thing is, I have a very difficult time accepting the portrait this all seems to paint, due to the larger implication involved.

But I can't help the powerful need fit answers. The desperate sense of needing to know.

So, what do you think? Also, any suggestions on how better to isolate the aspect?

As I think I'd mentioned before, his nSATURN is in 4H natally. And nMARS is my 8R (loosely conjunct his nASC.) That part doesn't seem to yield much.

But maybe that's a good thing.

Your JUPITER is dignified, at least - even if he's not too comfortable in the 3H (MOON too, who is accidentally dignified in the 2H). JUPITER is really the only heavy-hitter ballsy enough to take SATURN head on, lol. SATURN in detriment has gotta be tough, though. The 8H can be a scary placement. What's he rule? That's gotta be a reflection of his biggest fears.

In my case, despite that bitter 8H flavor, SATURN is dignified in Libra, with JUPITER conjunct that bad boy. Lucky! My SATURN rules my 12H, so he really doesn't pull any punches. It's like, "bam 8H, bam 12H, KO gooooo!", while JUPITER coaches for the other team, and hollers "back on your feet, you got this!". My JUPITER disposits NEPTUNE, so it's almost like a level playing field. They team up well, actually, which is lucky for me.

It's nice to be blessed.

That's the greatest description of that aspect EVER.

Blind Writer,

"JUPITER is really the only heavy-hitter ballsy enough to take SATURN head on, lol."
LOL Yes. And he is the other BIG force in my chart, dispositing my Sun, Mercury, Mars, Neptune, NN and ASC.

"SATURN in detriment has gotta be tough, though. The 8H can be a scary placement.Q"
It is.

" What's he rule? That's gotta be a reflection of his biggest fears."
2nd house. Interestingly even if I just feel a little unwell, I always instantly have that fear coming up I will die. Exaggeration is my middle name, no scratch it, it is my first name.
A bit of a Drama queen in me.

I think it might relate to a subconscious fear of not being "enough" or being of "enough value". A fear of the unkown and insecurity, and hence fighting change, internally at least, while at the same time my Aqua Moon and unaspected Uranus on 11th house cusp on 1 SCorpio are pushing me towards the very neccessary change.
It is sometimes difficult to balance it out.

"hile JUPITER coaches for the other team, and hollers "back on your feet, you got this!"."
LOL Love the description.

If my Jupiter stops fanatasizing nightmarish scenarios about my upcoming demise hlong enough, he usualy is quite adept at analyzing the real reason for those fears and physical manifestations of my fears.

I was having an interesting daydream on my walk a few minutes ago. I feel rather bad at the moment, with the dizziness that will not go away, and today it is tough, and in that daydream someone suddenly said to me: "It`s emotions that have gotten stuck. You need to release them."
While i am not sure WHAT emotions, there may be more than a bit of truth in it.
There`s something I have to release and bring out into the open.

"My JUPITER disposits NEPTUNE, "
Same here, but they are in mutual reception and squrae each other almost exactly.

"It's nice to be blessed. "

I've tried to find something to 'thwart' the SATURN here, but I haven't located anything. His own nJUPITER is 4° trine, but nothing of mine hits that. Instead, we've got the nSATURN-drTISIPHONE/HADES of which I'm none too fond.

I'm debating on exploring the Personae for it. There's too much here; especially with the mirrored TISIPHONE/CHIRON conjunction.

What's troubling is I'm NOT concerned it's active here. It's the fact it's THERE, and what THAT implies.

I've had my concept of reality shattered enough, I thought.
