I would think you would feel like it was easy to "find" each other in a crowd. A sense of familiarity. Without knowing more, that's all I'd say for now. It may matter what Sign your Ascendants are in.

Even though geometrically the two ascendants form a conjunction, they will be expressed completely differently.

A Cancer Ascendant is vastly different from Leo. The former wants to nurture, hold on to and join. The latter wants to be recognized, be center stage, while also being independent.

With the conjunction there is a familiarity, but Leo will never be Cancer and vice versa.

Ascendant-Ascendant conjunctions, sextiles, and trines, while not as strong as the indicators above, give a pleasing sense of physical harmony.

So I don't get it. Is this bad or good?

Someone's a late Leo or late Cancer, or early...that's possibly how it conjuncts.
Just similar outlooks. Not good or bad. Just is.

I can't go so far as to say it's twinflames though there is a real connection. You understand each other intrinsically.

Twin flames Ascendants have to either be conjunct, square or opposition to each other. Considering that their houses would be mutually the same, I'd say it's more than just "identifying with eachother"

I think you'd instinctively see a lot of your own style and quality in the other, and with that, comes the instant familiarity. Not necessarily will you be charged with dizzying attractions like opposite Ascendants would though.

I have a venus trine neptune in my natal chart and he has the venus square neptune in his. Well, i've always thought he could be my twinflame since our childhood mirrors each other and we are like polar opposites. it's funny

I see so much resemblance between the teenager Marilyn (Norma Jeane) and myself, kind of the same smile and vulnerability that a lot of people told me when I showed them the pictures I love Marilyn so much I can see a lot of myself in her and there is a lot of her in me

Guy 2 (ex-husband)
His ASC: 13°39'

My ASC: 12°33'
We all look similar to each other in a way, and I had instant familiarity with both of them; I believe that they are both soulmates.
