Looking at it from house chart perspective, lots of things.
For one, hPluto is on Mars. hMars conjunct Jupiter, and trine Eros. (so both a tropical and a house link of Mars-Eros, 180&120)
The beginning of natural H8 is on 6VIR. This is not only the Venus/Mars midpoint, but also hSun. That makes a subtle Sun conjunct H8 cusp energy, with a Venus/Mars tropical resonance.

Ha! Mine was also Pluto & Venus in the 8th.... :blush:
They are conjunct-ish (7) and both square Mars, only Pluto squares Venus.

I haven't look at the rest....

ETA:
Ok. I'm seeing more similarities to your best and mine.

H2 ruler is also Nept which also sextiles Pluto.
H5 ruler is also Merc and it also conj Sun (also a wide conj at about the same degrees as yours).
Mars trine Jup vs your Mars sextile Jupiter.

I would look at the 5th house or ruler of the 5th;

Ruler of the 5th aspecting mars

Ruler of the 5th aspecting a planet in the 5th

Mars-pluto aspects desireble conjuncting a love object like valentine or venus or amor....

Venus-mars aspects..

My ex and I have ruler of our 5th (neptune) at the focal point of tsquare involving moon in the 5th opposite venus in the 11th and a mars-pluto-valentine-sun stellium; great sex and frequent. I wanted to have kids with him badly. I usually think of him when I listen to music.

With my husband though ruler of the 5th is mercury and it conjuncts mars and sun. The sex is good but infrequent; more of an intellectual relationship although feelings are there and still strong but is a more mercurial relationship.

It sounds a bit antagonistic, but the rest of the chart provides the clues. If the whole chart indicates a sexual relationship/affair, then the 2nd house points to that. If the rest of the chart has strong marital/romantic/spiritual/friendship etc markers, a strong 2nd house indicates the couple enjoys their bodies together, sensuality and they are physically attracted to each other, long-term.
