Fated eroticism is what comes to mind

Basically I feel that the Eros person would feel destined to explore sexuality, love, creativity with the Node person and help them discover and grow in that department. The Node person may or may not be comfortable with it since the NN is about "new and unknown territory", but if other favourable aspects are present, then they'll feel that strong, magnetic pull to the Eros person as well and would therefore be open to exploring "Eros-themes".
The houses will give more clues on how this energy may manifest.

I have an Eros/NN DW with someone, but I am confused because of the house placements.

My NN, Vertex, Destinn conjunct 1° In 5th is conjunct his Eros/Mars/Valentine is 6th.

His NN in 9th house is conjunct my Eros/Venus/Vesta in 8th house.

Does this mean I will teach him(9th, higher learning, spirituality) about love-making(8th house, deep love) and he will service me(6th house) in casual sex, romance(5th house)?

What is it with you and romance?
You are going on and on about how you dislike it, yet also talk about it nonstop?

(this is not meant in an attacking way, I am just curious about it. )

I have this aspect with someone I see as friend material and reading about sex etc. is a little annoying. Especially since I don't even care to participate in something else than pure friendship in general. I talk about romance because I like to hang out here and I would also like to contribute somehow even though it's mostly theorizing. I don't dislike romance, I dislike how it's conducted by most people.

That`s interesting.
I wonder though, why you find the mentioning of sex annoying. If it is not relevant, than it is just that, irrelevant to your personal connection.
And what is it that annoys you about how people conduct their romance?
Something in particular?

Hmm, maybe these questions are too personal. So if you rather not talk about it, I understand.
I was just curious and seeking to understand you.

Yeah. And my VALENTINE is 0º10 on his EROS/VENUS.

Just watched a great documentary on showrunning. It was ... tough. We texted each other a Happy Hallowe'en last night. That was good. But it's just ... rough. Watching that documentary brought back so many memories.

I've got an amazing partner now, though. He wrote for LOST. He's really incredible -- and -- hah! Our composite is pretty insane, too. It feels right. He's the right one for this.

Of course I miss my Twin. All those phone and Skype calls where we were developing our show. RIGHT in step with each other. Total sync. Magic.

My new partner is more like ... a producer. He's like my 'network exec'. He tells me where I can and can't go, and I'm able to go, 'now, hang on a minute, what about X?' Whereas with my Twin, it was like ... we were just 'and this, and this, and then that, and the other thing, and BAM!' Texting each other casting choices. Little 's in reply. (Or, the occasional, thumbs-down. Heh. Or, 'how much are they?' And 'do we even HAVE a budget yet?') The answer was always 'no', by the way.

We were INSANE. Mavericks. Rogues.

And I loved every bloody minute of it.

I got annoyed probably because I'd rather not be lusted after by my male friends. Actually, by anyone. Unless it happens to be someone I could see myself in a relationship with.

I don't like the going on dates bussiness. I'm not interested in the court-marry-reproduce route. I don't need fancy restaurants, flowers, bla bla. I'd rather not have to deal with my boyfriend's relatives often. Etc.

My Eros trines his Venus (2) conj his Mars (1) sq his Jupiter (4) trine his Pluto (0).

Sesquis his Lilith (2) sq his Pholus/Alma (2) trines his Lust/Valentine (2) sextiles his Cupido (3) quintile his Priapus (0).

His Eros quincunx my Sun (0) sesqis my Pluto (0) sextile my Chiron conj my Avx (4) conj my Lilith (6) semisext my Pallas (1) sextile my Alma (3) quincunx my Cupido (1) trine my Valentine (1) semisext my ASC (1) sq my MC (3).

So we have
Eros/Pluto DW
Eros/Lilith DW
Eros/Alma DW
Eros/Cupido DW
Eros/Valentine DW

that's the main Eros theme, the energy felt by both as a flow

Thanks for your openness, Cappy.
Interestingly, a few years ago, I would probably have felt the same.
now things are just a little different for me. Hopefully it is not yet to late for a bit of romance for me (well my personal definition of romance, and this does not necessarily include flowers, unless they are wild flowers on a huge field ).
But I understand where you are coming from.
On the other hand well why not see it as a compliment if someone appreciates your body or soul or heart or mind?
It`s not like you are obligated to reciprocrate just becuase someone likes you.

Though THAT in itself is also a new way of thinking for me. I always HATED the thought anyone could find out I am indeed a woman, because maybe deep inside I thought it came with an obligation for me.

But then again we are probably just different. But it is interesting for me to learn how others think. So thanks for letting me know.

Mr Sag`s Eros is squaring my nodal axis (representing a skipped step), and additionally conjunct my Pholus, Ceres, Ishtar and chartruler Jupiter. and my name in his own chart as well.
His Amor-Mars-Jupiter is squaring my nodal axis from the other side, so both, Amor and Eros are representing a skipped step for me.
(is it ANY wonder AMOR shows up in exact conjunction to the NN and EROS in conjunction to the IC in the composite?)

his AMOR is also quindecile his own PSYCHE (1°09) and his EROS Thus has the unnamed quindecile (the 15° aspect I mean. lol) to PSYCHE (0°52).

since our Psyches are conjunct, his AMOR is also quindecile my PSYCHE (0°01) and his EROS in that counter-quindecile (0°42)

Interestingly - and I do not tire to retell that. lol- when we met

his pr PSYCHE was conjunct his n EROS (1°30a)

and naturally my pr PSYCHE was conjunct his n EROS as well (0°31 a)

It was rather disconcerting. I couldn`t quite figure out WHAT exactly, but it always seemed like he reacted differently to me than other people, on a more primal, instinctive, yes, maybe physical level, even though it always was difficult to wrap my brain around it.

But possibly with that Eros-progression it wasn`t meant to be entirely platonic, though I possibly was experiencing it more on a Psyche-level.

It seems though that now this "connection" is even more "loaded" with whatever.
Well his bandcolleagues were pretty clear about it, in a vague way (but they are men, how vague can they be? ) .
Of course maybe I was not even the reason, but oh well it is pretty intriguing and puzzling, and I love a bit of intrigue.

I think I am going to have look up the other Eros-aspects. lol
Any suggestion which other asteroids to use, except Juno, Pholus, Valentine, Amor, Cupido, Psyche?

You're welcome.
I don't want to be asked out on dates, have people fall for me or be a target of FWB attempts, especially when it comes to close friends (whom I hope to have in the future). I don't want our bromance to be ruined.

May you get the romance you want

Although not exactly into asteroids, it def. sounds familiar somehow.. ^

I have this with the Scorp-guy I recently talked about under Lee's 'progressed synastry readings' (last page).

My NN (14'35 aqua) and his Eros (14'10 aqua) and coincidentally his Valentine (16'16).

We had some HIGHLY eroticising MOMENTS (NOT sex - as sex is just a poor substitute of what I mean here and I can truly tell u that after my experience of ages in this area) in the past together.
And although this was one of the most astrounding experiences of my life on that level this is def. NOT the reason he's still thinking about me every day, even while having a girlfriend nowaydays with whom he's isn't exactly happy. He's very clear about that. He simply loves to be in my presence as he's just feeling so great and *free* in it - he's still always saying that - he can 'breathe'.. the thing missing with his gf. But well, as he's much younger than me, I finally became realistic enough some years ago that I can't expect anything from one of that age, who still (ofcourse, is what I thought) wants to reproduce himself etc. And with that, my age wasn't acceptable for his parents etc. etc. etc. But it's very interesting to follow this process of maturing with him ... step by step he becomes a man. It was love at first sight, well, at least from my side yearsss ago. Ofcourse, my feelings are changed now but there's still something undeniable left between us.

Cappy, I'm afraid friendships, bromances, between heterosexual men and women are very hard to have. You shouldn't have this is a goal, IMO, or there's a risk you will be severely disappointed. A true bromance, when he doesn't see you sexually AT ALL is indeed extremely rare. I think you should just let things flow, meet people and see what you feel, what they feel on the go, as you know each other; planning like this gives expectations and this flow is disrupted, corrupted.

It's a good thing that you know what you want, but don't make a religion out of this What you think you want now you may not want tomorrow.

Our Eros-DW:

Eros/Neptune (square-quinkunx, 1-0)
Eros/Pluto (quinkunx - square, 0-0)
Eros/ Pholus (conj - trine, 1-2)
Eros/Spirit (sextile-square 2-1)
Eros/ASC (square - trine, 1-3)

and almost

Eros/Venus (sextile - opposite, 2-4)

plus also relevant

my Eros trine his Valentine (1)
his Eros conjunct my Ceres (1)

in composite, Eros holds the reins about everything it seems. lol
Well we both have very watery Eros-natally (his is in Pisces and 12th house, mine is in Cancer and 8th house; in composite it ends up in Taurus in 3rd house, but closely conjunct the IC).

so composite Eros

trine Venus (1)
opposite Uranus (2)
quinkunx Neptune (0)
quinkunx Pluto (0) - yes, it is a Yod
square Pallas (2)
quintile Vesta (0)
sextile PHolus (0)
conjunct Priapus (0)
conjunct Dionysos (0)
conjunct IC (2)
trine Circe (0)
square Nymphe (0)
trine Proserpina (0)
