Hi,
whats a difference between situations when Composite Sun conjuncts Moon or is in the opposite?
I have a chart where Composite shows conjunction but Davidson shows Opposition between Sun and Moon.

What are your experiences with these aspects in real life?

I had the conjunction twice, we got close pretty quickly, emotionally, sharing deep stuff; with one guy we got domestic pretty fast, he moved in with me, we cooked, did lots of activities together. It's a nice aspect to have but might be a little overrated.

I've had this a few times myself.

Currently, I have a highly concentrated composite with my Twin, (in which there's a 6º SUN/MOON among many other conjunctions; all Scorpio; 1H) and a good friend of mine who's helping me develop my TV series (we have a 0º30 SUN/MOON conjunction, in Capricorn, 2H).

Our conjunction is in Scorpio too. 5 planets stellium actually.
How do you relate to your twin? Are you really close? If you also have Mars conjunct Sun/Moon do you have also fights?

Did you have any Saturn aspect to this Sun/Moon conjunction?

For about eight years, we were crazy close; best friends, despite several obstacles and the unlikelihood of even ever meeting. I used to think that alone was justification for emotional abuse -- but it's not. We really were of one mind and heart when we worked in tandem. That was a powerful thing.

Our fights have been epic. But our reconciliations have been oddly just as much so. I finally got off the merry-go-round with him, though. It wasn't what I wanted to be doing with my life.

Wow, Aubyanne,
lookking at your composite I think that SUN, Jupiter, Venus must beat any bad aspect. What do you think was the aspect or position which ruined happiness?

hi freesia

to answer your question. their are two solutions for a midpoint, near and far. so midpoints are not really points but axis. traditionally the nearer midpoint is used.
what is happening is that midpoint turn 180 degrees after the exact opposition ,for one, for instance when mars is approaching a opposition with jupiter , the midpoint will be in the sign that is middle way on the shorter hemisphere of the chart. but when the exact opposition is reached and passes, the midpoint instaneously becomes 180 degrees reversed because now this hemisphere of the chart is shortest.

what is happening with the discrepancy which the davidson composite is that the davidson calculation is based on a calendric calculations. these are not positions of the planets. A astrological sign can start over a couple of days per year. and besides the sun and moon all planets move retrograde. as a consequence the midpoint composite was applying toward an exact aspect and the davison calculated it had passed the exact aspect. hence the Davidson and midpoint are showing opposite answers. but since midpoints are axis', they are the same calculation. the Davidson is tolerably good fro sun and moon. but I hae problems with any other symbol besides the nodal axis.

I'd think so, too. Honestly, we don't give ourselves enough time to mature. Or, we expect that Twins must evolve at the same pace. It just isn't the case.

Guardian Soulmate theory helps me to try and understand this troublesome inconsistency. I feel that Twins can have an overload of karma which impedes Reunion here on Earth. If we have exceptional composites, ( :: raising hand :: ) then we'll at least meet and have some form of connexion. And we do. We're always hovering near each other in some capacity. Good God, he was in every single one of my dreams for 6 days in a row early November. That was nuts! Just there, too. Almost in the sense that he was simply staying near.

If I hadn't received spontaneous confirmation of my Twin, and, considered that everything on the grand scale fits us completely, I'd swear that my Guardian must be. He's spiritually evolved, one of the gentlest individuals I know, despite having had one of the hardest lives, and being the antithesis of a lightweight, and has NEVER played emotional games. Not a single one. Despite his emotional and relationship inexperience, he's oddly mature. Just one of the most evolved people I have ever met. He's READY for the relationship we have. For a relationship with a Twin Flame.

Funny thing is, 'the Twin Flame Relationship' has become a model which any evolved, mature individuals can utilise to the best of their ability. Not knocking the theory, or even trying to discount its worth. This is merely my personal experience, and I think the general direction, and overall point, of this whole 'Twin Flame' thing anyway.

I have a composite Sun/Moon conjunction with my so. I don't know about the rest because I haven't told him my feelings, but one thing I'm sure of is the telepathy between us. We both have Mercury in Scorpio, he's a Scorpio Sun and my progressed Sun is in Scorpio (I'm a Libra). We met when my p Sun was conjunct his n Sun. We have many, many telepathy links in synastry, too (Moon/Neptune/Pallas all exact, Mercury/Psyche and Telephus/Telephus exact).

We both know exactly what the other is thinking, but we never say anything about that. We know that the other knows about the telepathy, and we even know that the other knows that we know there is telepathy (Ok this is getting a bit complicated ). Our minds work exactly the same way, we have exactly the same level of maturity, and there are many Scorpio-like mind games between us.

The Sun/Moon cj is out of sign (Sun at 29.54 Libra and Moon at 0.27 Scorpio) but it is still felt, maybe because it is not far from the IC (24.38 Lib). Also, I wouldn't call it a stellium but we have 4 planets in Scorp in the 4th house, which is probably another reason why we feel so at home with each other.

Anyway, I think the New Moon composite is a very special link.

Btw, does anyone know whether conjunctions and oppositions in Composite are considered the same ? I mean, when we calculate a midpoint, it can go either way, right...? Say we have 18° Leo and 18° Aquarius, the midpoint is 18° Scorpio and 18° Taurus. So, do we make the difference between both the aspects or not ?

I'd check with Ceri on this one. Not all are one or the other. But you'll notice that some flip. Forgive me, but I can't recall mathematically why.

Just to let you know, TELEPHUS is not a telepathic marker. You're spot-on about PALLAS, however.

TELEPHUS-TELEPHUS likely occurs because of the age gap (I think it has a four-year orbit) or you spend a lot of time in telephonic or distance communication.

Mmmh.. Maybe midpoints are made on the "smaller half", since it's extremely rare to have two exactly - as in exact decimals - opposite planets/points ? If so, the midpoint for 16 Leo and 18 Aquarius would be 17 Taurus and not 17 Scorpio...
