So I thought I would make another thread to try and gather more thoughts/experiences on how this mysterious aspect REALLY manifests itself in synastry.

My personal opinion is that it produces an energy that is twice, if not more intense than any of the energies the major aspects produce, because of the element of obsessiveness and focus associated with it.

Let's say for instance, one has a Venus/Mars quindecile in a synastry.
It would be interpreted just like a major aspect, expect on crack, with a more Plutonian vibe.
I can confirm this based on my own synastries with quindeciles, and we had no major Pluto aspects or 8th house things going on, and nor am I a Plutonian person myself.
But this quindecile always gets me to act in a Scorpionic way EVERY DANG TIME. lol

So what I'm really trying to decipher here is weather or not the quindecile alone could be responsible for an all-consuming, obsessive attraction.

Of course, it depends on the planets involved as well, weather they are "attraction" planets or rulers of significant houses.

But I would love others' thoughts on how they experience it, what it really FEELS like.
Do you experience it as a primal, deep, "crazy in love", Plutonian aspect?
Does it feel like a major aspect but on crack? Lol

My experience with the quindecile is a little survey with it and natal charts and it seems the description fits: the quindecile in a natal chart is that area of the person's psyche where he is most driven, compulsive/obsessed, passionate about, in a word: Plutonian. It's a bit similar to Vesta symbolism. Vesta and Pluto.

Rulership matters too, as usually.

What are your experiences and how would you describe those aspects?

I'm wondering how Pluto quindeciles would feel in synastry.

I have no idea who's more obsessed...yet
Pluto rules his mind, and with Sun qundecile Pluto, he should be very Plut9nian and very obsessive. Pluto also rules his Moon so...wow! Pluto is also in the 1st house.

What do you think? I'm not very objective on this one.

For me, Pluto rules MC, and it is connected to my ASC, with Pluto in the 8th - it should be connected to a desire for power and getting at the bottom of things.

But I'm unclear about this whole combo, I need some insight

EDIT: what is interesting however is that the quindecile is part of a quindecile Yod.

My Venus our Pluto - 30 deg and the Suns in opposition constitutes the axis.
So my Venus quindecile his Sun, his Sun my Pluto, and my Sun on release.

I have Moon quindecile Moon with someone. His Moon receives no major aspects of my planets, but you can't exactly say that he's emotionally uninvolved. Emotions are present very much so. I think that this quindecile contributes to that - it also resembles the Moon-Pluto conjunction on our composite IC.

Ohhhh, quindecile. I must be something of an expert now.

VENUS quindecile MARS
EROS quindecile EROS
LUST quindecile LUST

and plenty of others in composites, too. But those are topping my quindecile list at the moment. You can imagine why!

Composite quindeciles should be interesting...
In my composite, I have a quindecile Yod.

The apex is Eros in Aries 5th.
The semisextile is Moon/Vesta...so Eros quindecile Moon, Eros quindecile Vesta.

The release is Valentine opp Eros.

What is interesting is that the Davison chart has a Moon/Vesta quindecile, with Moon the chart ruler.

No unfortunately not. But you can easily calculate it, it is an opposition minus or plus 15°

I wouldn't go as far to say this Gem guy is obsessed with me but who's able to keep up with me online for years and bringing me guitar serenades while playing and singing out of their skin? Big chance there will be an actual performance in my living room one day.

His Moon is EXACTLY quindecile my Sun.

But I very much suspect the vedic VASYA magnetic attraction is (also) responsible for this. Where the Virgo and Cap Moons (vedic moon signs, NOT western) are magnetically attracted to the Libra-Moons (me). Why do I think this? Well, because I notice this time-after-time; cap and virgo moons running after me! Very verrry striking! There really must be something to this ancient Indian science with their 27 nakshatras.

Mir,

he sounds quite obsessed. Nice.

Moon quindecile Sun sounds fitting, too.

Well, unlike you I haven`t really observed the Vasya to be a good measurement for lasting attraction, at least not consistently (and yes I was using the Vedic Moon signs)

Thank you, Ceri

Mir, I suppose this means Western Libra and Aqua Moons are attracted to your Scorpio Moon?

Aahh.. and I'm at a point that I really can't deny it any longer. The VASYA component of the kuta point system.
But also the GANA component which has *always* been present in my longest & strongest relationships.
But that MIGHT be.. because I'm Vishaka (Rakshasa women only go well with Rakshaha men.. which has Always proven itself in my case , and well, according to their system they have less choice than many other women who are born in a divine (deva) or human (manushya) sign) Rakshahsa = demon

So this aspect in synastry brings obsession, jealousy type feelings between two people?

Just my luck. I'm in a complicated situation with a guy and we have in synastry.
nVenus quindecile nVenus DW
nEros quindecile nSN DW
nASC quindecile nDESC DW
nMC quindecile my nIC DW
His nPluto is quindecile my nVenus
His nASC quindecile my nNN
His nMoon is quindecile my nSaturn
My nMoon is quindecile his nJupiter
My nMercury quindecile his nSun
My nVertex quindecile his nASC
His nVertex id quindecile my nSN

Basically a clusterf*ck.

To be honest, there's chemistry between me and Cap and Sag Moon, but usually on a friendship level. But there's definitely some attraction in there. It's however hard to discern, because most Fire Moons and me are friends, plus there's my ASC in Cap.

I am Rakshasa, too. And yes, I suppose I am quite picky. Not really that many options there.
Interestingly Mr Sag is Rakshasa as well (me: Dhanishta, him: Moola)

But I wasn`t actually basing my observation on him and me, but on several others, too.
Branching out from the VAsya, well, according to the matchmaking of the Moons, my parents for example should never have gotten married in the first place. Every vedic astrologer would have strongly advised against it.

They have a total score of 11 (from 36)

Of course there has to be muchm ore taken into account, I am aware of that, too.

I'm still a bit neophyte when it comes to the ol' Finger o' God. How do you feel about them, Lee? I know they're a major point of study for you.

What is the release point in a Yod? Not the base, is it? It feels as if that's the point generating the energy that splits among the fork. But I could be mistaken.
