Sun: Leo, Libra, Pisces
Moon: Gemini, Sagittarius, Leo, Pisces, Cancer
Venus: Gemini, Aries, Libra, Pisces
Mars: Aquarius, Pisces, Cancer

And now I must look like a Pisces hater

Not sure about ASC and Mercury.

I'm curious what the most common UMM placement will be.

Gemini Sun, Moon, and Ascendant

Moon or Venus in Capricorn or Aquarius

Don't know if you were looking for planets in signs only, but these aspects also:

Moon in hard aspect to Mars, Saturn, or Uranus

Mars in hard aspect to Uranus or Saturn-Uranus

Venus in hard aspect to Saturn or Pluto

Mutable placements, especially sagittarius,if there aren't enough fixed placements to balance them out and make them more consistent.

Last time I compiled such a list the individual materialized in my life - expectantly. Not looking to repeat that again here.

If this is to be traditional sexually active relationship then there shall be no;

Asc, Sun, or Mars in Pisces. Neptune in the 1st or conj Asc is also out.

If the relationship is to be non-sexual for whatever reason I may make a few concessions as Pisces is on my Dsc.

Venus in Aquarius - pass

Mars-Moon, Mars-Sun, Mars-Mercury - pass, pass, pass.

Venus in Aries - pass.

I've noticed that Mars in Aries behaves much the same as ViA when flirting - HE likes to be chased.

My list is long.

Oh geez.... well I am with someone now, but based off experience, too many personal planets in Gemini and Leo make me wary in general, no matter the relationship. Like, excessive doses of either will make me feel like running in the opposite direction.

Case in point: I knew someone with 4 personal planets in Gemini and it was a nightmare. Same with the Leo. I have had so, so many bad experiences with Leo Suns, I mean BAD experiences, that Leo Suns in general make me a little wary. I don't want to be prejudiced! But, after knowing 10 different Leos and having horrible experiences with 9 of them, I am wary of the sign. It never works out between us. For those of you who don't know me, I have many astral bodies in Scorpio and this adds to the tension.

Other placements/aspects:

*Moon-Pluto and/or Moon in Scorpio men [again, way too many bad experiences]

*Venus in Gemini, in particular. [Knew two people with it, they always seemed flakey and lacked passion.]

*Mars in Gemini [again, just didn't seem passionate enough to me.]

*Mars in Aries [especially if it opposes my Sun. Yuck.]

*Sun-Mars men [I have known two, and they were too into working out.]

*Sun conjunct Mercury [one ex has this, and he was insane. He truly was the picture of a combust aspect between both planets. His thinking was so erratic.]

-Moon is Gemini is at the top of my list for sure!!!

-I'm starting to grow weary of Scorpio ascendants

-Gemini suns..but it depends on what decan they are.

-Neptune in the first house
-Mercury in hard aspect to Neptune
-Mercury in Pisces..actually Pisces anything makes me squeamish

I'm sure there is more but I can't think of any right now.

Lets not get caught up in stereotypes though.

Some mentioned they'd avoid mutable placements. I'm a Capricorn Sun with a bunch of Sagittarius planets (Asc, Mercury, Venus, and Neptune), and Saturn in Virgo. My mind is very active but I'm not unreliable at all. We've got to look at the whole chart.

I think all the signs have positive and negative traits, it just depends on what you focus on.

That being said different people have different taste in choosing a mate, and this usually shows in the natal chart. So I'm going to say what I like rather then what I don't like. If a placement is not on the list it's nothing personal. Just cos someone is not my type doesn't mean there's anything wrong with them. I just like what I like.

I'm very attracted to the Fire signs Sagittarius and Aries in general. Their open trusting nature and passion really appeals to me. Jupiter is in my 7th house, my Dsc is ruled by Mercury in Sagittarius, and Aries is on the 5th house cusp. I especially like if the Sun sign (the central identity) is in one of these signs. I also like any personal planets in these signs. Moon, Mercury, Venus or Mars.

Aries and Sag are tied for my two favorite signs on a guy. I'd prefer him to have them BOTH in his chart if possible.

Secondarily, I do go for the occasional personal planet in Leo (just not as much as Sagittarius or Aries). Mars in Leo rules my 5th house cusp.

I quite like Moon in Cancer or Scorpio. I have Moon in Cancer myself and it rules my 8th house cusp, my Moon also sits in my 8th house (8th house ruler in the 8th house). A Fire Sun with a water Moon can be delightful. Venus or Jupiter in water signs can also be nice.

My Dsc is Gemini and my secondary 7th house (the 3rd house) starts in Aquarius. Juno in my chart is in Sag conjunct my Venus. I quite like the Air signs for the lightness, rationality, and fun, they add to a natal chart. The Asc, Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars, in an Air sign can be good for this. Also, If I couldn't have a Fire Sun, then an Air Sun would be second runner up (if they had a bunch of Fire and Water elsewhere in their chart). Most likely Gemini or Aquarius for the Sun, then Libra. However, Aries and Sag Sun's can still have an Air Venus.

My Vertex Axis falls into Taurus/Scorpio. A partner with something hitting this Axis just adds a special 'meant to be' type vibe to a connection. As it happens, Aries Sun can give Mercury or Venus in Taurus conjunct my Vertex, and Sagittarius can give Mercury or Venus in Scorpio conjunct my Antivertex. Failing that... Jupiter, Mc/Ic, or Asc/Dsc on this Axis could also work for me. I have Uranus on my Antivertex, so only planets that harmonize well with Uranus are a good fit for this Axis. Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, or another Axis.

Overall it looks like my ideal 'type' is an Aries or Sagittarius Sun with a Cancer, Scorpio, Aries, or Sagittarius Moon. Something touching my Vertex Axis. And then the rest of the chart would then be made up of a mixture of Fire (I like a lot of it), Air (preferable at least one or two planets), and Water (at least one or two planets), as I outlined above.

I seem to need earth signs the least even though I'm a Capricorn Sun with my ruling planet in Saturn in Virgo. Maybe because I already AM that. There are a few exceptions. A planet in Taurus on my Vertex can be compelling. A planet in Capricorn near my Sun can be fascinating to me. I admire other Caps in general, but I prefer my partner not to be another Cap Sun (Even if I do crush on them occasionally). I'm mostly attracted to outgoing personalities (Mars in Leo) that are kind of opposite to my quiet levelheaded self, and deep down I feel I need this. I've been attracted to an early Cap Mars conjunct my Venus at 29 Sag though. He had Sun in Sag, and Moon in Cancer, Mercury in Sag, and Venus in Scorpio conjunct my Uranus/Antivertex.

Having said all of this... Sometimes our attraction pattern manifests for us in ways we don't expect.

If I were to go for another feminine Sun sign, Taurus, Scorpio (my Vertex Axis signs), Capricorn (my Sun sign), or maybe Cancer (my 8th house sign) seem to be the most likely candidates. But that would only be if the rest of their charts were loaded with Fire and Air.

Actually I've even had slight celeb crushes on a one Sun Virgo and one Sun Pisces because the rest on their chart really resonated with my attraction pattern. The Virgo had Mars conjunct my Sag 7th house ruler, Venus sextile my 7th house ruler, Moon in my 8th house, and Saturn on my Antivertex.

The Pisces had Sun trine my Antivertex, Venus conjunct Mars in Aries trine my Sag 7th house ruler, Moon in Leo, Saturn trine my 8th house ruler, and Jupiter in Aqua.

Everybody hates Pisces

BUT ANYWAY.

I realized I really get annoyed of a strong and heavy Libra influence. It bothers all the Saturn in me. I've had really irritating and frustrating experiences with some Libra Venus, especially. They are just toooooo clingy, in my experience.

I truly dislike Aries (as a sign). A strong Aries influence is bound to make me really concerned. I don't like it especially in the Sun or in anything else for that matter. Just Aries is a no-no. Unless there is a clear diminishing effect on the Aries Sun, then I'd be okay. But ONLY Sun.

I don't like Plutonian-Scorpionic influence. I feel it's too heavy, too much, too dreary. I am Plutonian and really dislike that I am very much so, and for that reason would be wary of a Plutonian partner. Again, unless there were other placements and indicators in the chart that would warrant a cooler Scorpio or positive Plutonian influence. Sweet-Scorpion's a perfect example of this. Her Scorpio stuff in the 11th house.

As a Gemini Moon, I am also very suspicious of Gemini Sun. I never fully felt comfortable with them, too much Pisces in my chart. I noticed that Libra Moon is very nice on my Gemini Moon and Aqua Mars though.

I don't like Scorpio Moon whatsoever. They boil my Aquarian blood. I can't do with the sneakiness at all.

Aqua Venus is also really... I can't deal with it. Too cold.

Pisces doesn't make me squeamish but I haven't attracted many of them.

Weird list, Caps, for a Pisces DSC
What is the reason for rejecting Pisces?

Also, I'm curious about the Moon in Leo (duh!), Cancer, Pisces - what's with that?

I subscribe to that, Lotis.

I can only approach it as Lotis did. I'm not "wary" of any placements, it's that some placements are my astrological type, the others are not (but it doesn't mean I'm "wary" of them out of principle, just because they're mutable or because I met a man with that placement some years ago and it didn't work out; it only means it probably won't work, romantically, at least not as good as with someone being my astrological type)

So my astrological type is (partner placements):

strong Scorpio/8th house/Pluto, Virgo/6th houses influence, something Fire

Sun in Capricorn Aqua Pisces Aries Taurus Gemini Cancer

Air Venus, especially in Aqua or Gemini

Moon in Scorpio (the best option for my Sun/Saturn incomplete GT), Pisces or Capricorn

mutable Mars, Mars in Gemini the best option

ASC/DSC can replace Sun Moon Venus and they can be interchanged

Not weird at all

Pisces is likely to be too: sensitive, vanilla, passive, wishy-washy, doormatish, prone to addictions, in love with love for my taste.

Leo? I'm not into this energy, at least in men. The guy probably would have to have only 1 Leo placement supported with grounding signs and aspects to not annoy me. Cancer Moon - too emotionally influenced by family which makes it an easy target for manipulation, more likely than not too family-oriented.

I am not really wary of certain placements either, but so far there are certainly some I either do not meet or haven`t clicked with so far.
But keeping in mind that this non-clicking-scenario of course could change with the next person I meet.

But so far it seems that I donīt relate well to Cancer placements, except for Moon or ASC in Cancer (only in female friends though, and there it is almost ridiculous how often they happen. lol).

Leo doesn`t happen either, unless it is the Moon in Leo (my Moon seems to always need some extra-placement, right. lol)

I love Aries Sun, Moon, Mercury, ASC - Venus or Mars I can`t really say, no experiences

Gemini doesnīt happen either, at least not the Venus in Gemini; Mars in Gemini occasionally happens, but like with GEmini-Moon it has a sibling/ friendship vibe.

Libra is nice for friendships, too, but I am definitely out of my teenage Libra-crushing phase. lol

So no Hugh Grant character for me, no matter how closely his Venus conjuncts my Pluto.

For some weird reason Aquarius does not happen either for me. I like them, and my best female friends usually happen to have something conjunct my Aqua-Moon.
The only man with Aqua moon is the husband of my best friend, his Moon conjuncts mine, and it shows in a very friendly "getting each other", but even before they met, him and me were always just in the friendzone.

My Dad has Venus-Jupiter conjunct my Moon, and maybe that is the reason Aqua-men don`t do anything for me in romantic ways, as the vibration is so family-like for me.

All in all I`d say, air signs are not for me (and neither are most Water placement, especially those in Cancer), in VERY broad generalistic terms of course.

If I fall for someone, chances are high he has some relevant placements in fire (Aries or Sagittarius) or earth (Capricorn and Virgo mostly).
Oh and Pisces-ASC.

ah, great, most folks here would take me

I don't like my generation since almost anyone has his pluto square my venus; i have that natally but don't like it a lot in synastry esp if I am the venus

The generation around 4-6 older than I, have their saturn on my sun or asc or venus. Don't like, don't feel accepted.

The generation around 7-10 years older have their lilith conj. my south node, their neptune is trine my sun and very often their venuses are hit a lot by my placements. No, i am no sweet doll.

So, i have no other chance than looking for younger men which I don't like. -> I am becoming an old maid

12 years = no but 15 years = yes.

But that generation also have their neptunes trine my sun/asc and some other stuff I don't remember. I am no sweet doll.

And there is a generation who have their uranus opposing my moon; Strangely i think they are reliable but they accuse me for being not serious enough

ah, and I ALWAYS check if my luminaries and venus are touched. If not, I sooner or later become indifferent or even aggressive. I don't know why

I don't have any particular wariness but my pet peeve is a Sun/Mercury/Venus in GEM guy (one of these planets in GEM). I'd run screaming in the opposite direction.

mutable Suns with the exception of virgo ...I haven't decided on them yet
Neptunian prominent is a no-no
Libra and Cancer Mars... No!
Fire and air venuses
Venus square pluto
Libra-scorpio heavy
Libra heavy
Aries heavy
Cancer heavy
Cancer moons (love them as friends, not lover)

Although initially I had some reservations about the subject and how constructive it is, I find this thread interesting and useful.
