Before dating me, these two men had serious self-esteem issues coupled with strong insecurities about their looks and abilities. They were directionless and had no clue what to do in life.

We dated, then they eventually let me go. Shortly after, I noticed that in both cases they turned their lives around right after we parted ways. A complete unexpected shift. They started feeling more confident about themselves and made some serious career advancements which definitely were not in their plans before we dated. They suddenly "figured" themselves out and started acting like mature adults. They both decided to pursue a proper career when they were clueless before crossing paths with me.

The odd thing is that both of them kept coming back/thinking of me even though our encounters were brief. The first one hasn't dated anyone since me (I found out) and the second one kept trying to reignite the flame even though he's engaged.

Is there anything in these synastries and my natal chart that indicate this "healing" I generated?

I actually do feel a strong bond with Guy 1 (maybe because he's a Pisces). I don't have much of a connection with Guy 2 to be honest.

I've also noticed that many people tell me they feel extremely good around me. I have a "soothing" presence. My presence leaves a "strong impression" on them according to what they say.

The problem is that when I date them and we parted ways, I took on their issues personally and it drained my energy. I ended up having issues I had never encountered before but they did. I'm now afraid of dating because I'm scared the next guy will transfer his personal issues to me.

Any meditation which involves firstly calming, grounding and protecting yourself - then visualising yourself cleansed and replenished with white light, would be good. Imagine the light anchoring you to the earth, passing thru you and deep into the earth.

The advice to be in nature is important - this cleanses energies. At the same time this is time away from the computer!!

This is very true. I need to disconnect from my computer to let go of the bad energies. It's freezing outside so "nature" will have to wait a little but I will definitely look for a good guided meditation. I truly need this.

Do you have any recommendations?
