There's a prevailing theory that transits to the 5HR, especially outer planets, will bring your one true love into your life. There's also widespread belief that said person's pMoon will be conjunct 5HR, or nSun (natural ruler of the 5th house)

Can anyone confirm to seeing this in the charts you've looked at??

Where does that theory come frome? I have never heard of it (though it`s an interesting one).

For me Tr Pluto conjunct n Venus happened in the recent years, while it is now out of orb, I coincidentally have the Pluto-Venus-conjunction in my Solar return of this year with SR Venus conjunct my n Venus. I just found it interesting. lol

Interestingly I have solar arc Venus (5th house ruler) applying to an exact conjunction with natal Moon (8th house ruler).

BTW are we using the natal 5th house ruler, or the one being made through the progressed chart? Or both?

Let me check for my parents for the day they met:

my Mum`s 5th house ruler is Venus.
By the time she met my Dad Pluto had long left the conjunction to her Venus, however it WAS applying to a conjunction with her chartruler Moon by 2 degrees.

This is also intersting as by then her progressed 5th house was in Scorpio, so the 5th house ruler of the progressed chart itself was Pluto, which in its transit form were conjunct her natal Moon, chartruler.

Tr Uranus had JUST separated from a conjunction to pr Venus by 1 degree (and I think it was close to my Dad`s progressed ASC at that time, but I can be wrong about that)

Tr Pluto was conjunct her pr Mars, (progressed 5th house in SCorpio, being traditionally ruled by Mars).

Her pr Moon was at 14 Gemini at that time, far far away from any conjunctions, it was square natal Mars at 14 Virgo and applying to a square to natal Venus, 5th ruler, on 18° Virgo (so four months after meeting).

In the case of my Dad

natal 5th house ruler is Saturn

Tr Juno was trine his n Saturn exactly, and Tr Saturn had passed the trine to his n Saturn by 4 degrees

his progressed 5th house was in Aquarius, so Uranus was the ruler of the pr 5th house.

Tr Jupiter was exactly trine his Uranus
Tr NN was also trine his Uranus, making for a GT

his pr Moon had just moved past the conjunction to his natal Sun in Aquarius (2° separating), taking place in his 5th house, so I think it fits in his case.

Sounds nice ... well, I already knew we had that all~at~first~sight moment online when both our progressed Moons were *exactly* solstice conjunct our natal Suns funnily enough (matter of minutes with both) but looking at those 5th rulers now and taking the actual meeting 6-7 months later also into account;
My pMoon conjunct my natal 5th ruler (3 applying)
His pMoon conjunct his natal 5th ruler the Sun (4 separating - but as he's born close to 0 Cap it ofcourse was already tightly appl. during that online-eureka solstice moment).

But this is the first time looking at those rulers.

Mir,

Never underestimate the rulers.
Well for me it is obsolete I guess. Venus rules my 5th house. lol

Well as of now my progressed 5th house cusp is at 6°35 Gemini - so Mercury gets a little 5th house ruler tint as well.

Wiath my 5th house cusp progressed to 6°35 Gemini?
It is applyng to an exact conjunction with my natal DESC on 7°01 Gemini then, and is trine pr Sun on 6°42 Aquarius. That`s interesting.

Well also it seems Mercury gains even MORE importance in that it rules my natal DESC, but in the progressed chart it rules 5th and 8th house as well.

pr Mercury is on 24°32 Aquarius as of now, and extremely slow moving as it is going to turn retrograde eventually.

my pr Moon will be opposite pr Mercury in summer 2016. (after the progressed New Moon I am going to have in spring 2015, and happening simultaneously with pr Mars conjunct n Venus, starting at the same time like the Moon-Mercury-progression: june 2016)

in autumn 2016 pr Moon will be opposite pr Venus, the ruler of the natal 5th house.

for the conjunctions I have to wait some more 10 years. lol

Hi, Mir.

Say, outside of this relationship what's been your experience with people whose pMoon conjunct your n5HR??

While I don't have 'one true love' (I have three, each in their own right with unique features and objectives for the relationship), I've always been intrigued by the way we met.

I first met my husband 6 months prior to my Twin; but I would only first meet him in person 4 years later, and then my Guardian approximately a month after. Wild, no? Meeting my Twin, online, close to my husband; then, in person, close to my Guardian. 'Meeting' him strangely coincides with both my husband and my Guardian.

However, it's my Guardian with whom I had a pMOON conjunct pSUN at the time of our meeting. I can't recall anything likewise going on with my Twin, or my husband. I'd have to check.

As to the theory ...

I don't recall a lot going on with my n5R (SATURN). I'll look.

Do you mean your MC? I thought Solstice Point was 0° Cancer...

ps;

I'm a bit loose with the orbs as you may know. Just generally, how have things been between you and persons with pMoon in Gemini?

For me 5HR is Saturn in Virgo...

I've lost count of the many happy things & times I've had with persons going through pMoon in Virgo. NN & Asc are also there for me so it's tricky separating one from the others.

Well, I meant the solstice point/conjunction of 4 Gem is 26 Cancer. It's also called ANTISCIA.
So the distance from that solstice 0-cancer point to 4 Gem en 26 Cancer is the exact same, 26 degree (hence a solstice conjunction).
So let's say your Saturn is at 10 Virgo then the solstice conjunction/point of it would be 20 Aries. Any zodiac degree has a solstice point..

quote:
the antiscion of a planet is its zodiac degree mirrored across the solstice points of the Cancer-Capricorn axis (so a planet at 5 degrees Capricorn has its antiscion at 25 degrees Sagittarius). This mirroring ties the planets into a relationship based on the fact that at both points the length of day and night will be equal. Generally, the antiscion of a planet is considered to be a favourable point.

and illuminating, literally, as solstice points share the same amount of light (of the Sun), astronomically.

AStrologically I find they to be underestimated.

Not to derail, but I've always wondered why 20° Aries hit so hard, and often. (Not, say, 10° Cancer, but, hey.)

My ASC is 10°VIR43.

Wonder what ASC antiscia BML does, synastrically. (And, natally, ASC antiscia PRIAPUS.)

It`s like a hidden conjunction/ parallel.
Sometimes comes with the shadow/ reflection stuff, true to its definition.

'When I met my Cancer love.'

Ohhhh, Lavender; I dunno why it makes me positively giddy you two have gotten together, but it does. I feel so good about the art you'll create together (and what you already have).

Maybe that's what they mean by Twins know Twins. I've found that to be weirdly true.

It's as if we're a borough of a larger country. A neighbourhood, even. We're a smaller segment of a bigger population. All connected -- just a little bit closer.

Yea.. we can't underestimate those solstice conjunctions. That's what I learned when I found out we had this at our ALL-at-first-sight meeting;

My natal Sun 7 Leo
My progressed Moon 23 Taurus

His natal Sun 1 Cap
His progressed Moon 29 Sag

(matter of minutes only with both ^)

Well, imagine how I felt..

Just to underline again the amazing nature of solstice progressions/points.
