How can one interpret the eros/psyche midpoint (at 1 Lib)of Person A conjunct Person B's pluto (at the anaretic degree of 29 Virgo)? Would this be a problematic aspect in the relationship, especially one that has Venus trine Pluto double whammy?

Not problematic, just intense and transformative. And very "charged" with Virgo Pluto vibes.

We're counting 3° for conjunction to a MP now? If the degree of your concern is 29° Virgo, and the Midpoint is 01° Libra, I wouldn't worry.

Instead, it's a bit close to the SGC. You might want to talk to iQ about that one.
