If this is the only aspect to uranus in a composite chart, how could this be interpreted?

It is located in the 7th house. It is not directly on the Dsc cusp.

Neptune is also opposite the ascendant. Neptune IS directly on the 7th house cusp.

Pluto is also trine the ascendant.

These are the only aspects Neptune and Uranus make in the composite. Followed by a strong Cap stellium.
