I have karma conjunct Sun, mercury, and Mars in composite (not synastry) with my Aquarius. From what I've learned, it's a karmic debt or reward in relation to sex and/or whatever else mars represents. You either owe her past life debts or she owes you. Either way, it will have to be settled in this lifetime.

Anything related to sex or after sex issues (ex: pregnancy issues, STIs etc) Karma isn't necessarily negative, but since it's a conjunction, it could go either way. I'm not a professional astrologer but according a few readings I've gotten done, you have to take into account the sex houses in the synastry between you to get a better idea. You also need to look at PNE (Prenatal Eclipses) of you and your partner & compare them to your natals to get a better idea of the karma between you too.
