Yes. I woke up randomly at 4 am yesterday and cried for about an hour. I was perfectly fine when I went to bed, then something pulled me out of my sleep and I started crying about my last ex and how he "missed me" (this makes no sense). I was in such an emotional pain, thinking of the what could have been, the jerky way he treated me ... This made no sense because I started thinking of me in the "3rd person". That was really odd. After an hour, I went back to bed and things went back to normal. It wasn't triggered by a dream, a memory or a song, it just happened. This is very unusual especially as I have a such a huge crush on someone else, to the point where I haven't though of this ex in a week. He's so part of the past right now. It was probably the release of these old wounds so I can welcome something new. IP: Logged |
