Does anyone have this aspect with a partner or someone they like?During my last relationship, another man tried getting in between me and my now ex. I did begin to have feelings for him.. He did bring out another side of me and was quite romantic. I blame his Cancer sun... which hit my 12th house in Cancer. I was reading up about this placement and I found this: There may be a sense in your partner of having to give up something or to make sacrifices, as being together can bring up some level of pain or heartache, and possibly the need to be secret and private. The relationship can just as easily be very spiritually rewarding. This is SO true for me. The Cancer man told me that I needed to choose between him and my boyfriend, so I chose my boyfriend.. In turn, I basically did need to make a sacrifice. It's true that our relationship brought pain/heartache, especially because of the secrecy. Has anyone had any experience with this? I'd love to hear how the relationship turned out IP: Logged |

I am drawn to men that either have venus or neptune (or both) in my 12th. It's all very psychic, lots of re-occuring dreams about them and always a sense of things being foggy. The man I'm with now (that we spoke of earlier) has both in my 12th - he is the love of my life yet despite living together for 7 years I still feel a little insecure with things, like I'm afraid they will end abruptly. Last, we both gave up a tremendous amount to be with each other. It's like none of it mattered as long as we got to be together. IP: Logged |

It's so interesting that you mention you experienced a lot of psychic dreams with other people's planets in your 12th house. I just found out this house is all about the unconscious. What kind of things did you have to give up in order to be with your current boyfriend? If it's too personal, you can just skip this I've had many dreams with the guy I mentioned above as well. I feel like him and I have a telepathic connection. Someone read our synastry before and told me the same thing. I just feel like there's so much in the way of us being together right now. I also have felt insecure with him despite him reassuring me all the time I had no reason to be. It seems like you and I have a lot of similarities IP: Logged |

Not too personal When we met we were both living with former spouses (I was divorced, he was separated). I walked away from my home (property) and moved with my youngest in to his house - as soon as his ex moved out. (This sounds way worse than it really is). We basically uprooted everything we had known for many years in order to make a life together. Yes, agreed - we have a lot of similarities. IP: Logged |

My 12th is Leo. And I've only dated one, and although I really liked him...same very obscure interests and good looking...I found it hard to develop a real connection. Thing is tho, I really want to try a Leo again...even tho as a Virgo sun were not supposed to be super compatible with their need for compliments and no criticism...and well...Virgo being Virgo. But with my Leo Venus and Sag Mars, there is a compatibility. And when I'm really interested that Leo-Sag really comes out. My most often and longest relationships have been Cap (5th house) and Aires (8th house). Caps are the greatest men, but I get bored. Aires are fun at first, then wear on me. So, I'll say to you if there are other positive factors, and there was something between their 12th sun and your Sun/Moon, why not. But then again, I've been wrong before. IP: Logged |

I always have 12th house synastry, mutual, for two reasons: - people I interact with almost always have something in Cap (my ASC, Saturn on DSC, Cap in my 12th) - many of my friends are Libra risers (probably because of my Libra stellium and 7th house emphasis) or late Virgo risers (where my Sun is) - so my Sun Venus are often in their 12th house. Very intimate and supportive relationships. the 12th house cannot hide anything from the Sun, but since for me it's usually a more or less mutual aspect, it brings a deep soul connection and feeling the other mutually. Unconditional love. Also, intense telepathic psychic dream poetic connections.
I am now in love with a man with Pisces Sun and DSC (his 12th is his secondary 7th) and my Sun and Venus are in his 12th. He definitely can't hide anything from me, it may be disturbing at first lol I am used to the energy though, and so is he: his mother and sister are both Virgos with their Sun in his 12th. Strong telepathic unconditional love soul psychic connection, as usually. With a Pisces, even more. The Sun exposes anything hidden from the other person, including their Shadow, but it can bring healing light in the darkest places. This is a configuration for deep soulmate soul families or karmic contacts, since the 12th is the ultimate fate/soul group house. ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... I recently met and went on a date with a guy who's Cancer sun falls in my 12th house. However, his sun is unaspected by any of my planets. I wonder how this will play out?IP: Logged |

I think this is fascinating because the man I'm in love with has his Mercury, Jupiter, and MC in my 12th house. Previously, I'd been in love with a man with his Venus in my 12th, and it was most certainly one-sided the vast majority of our friendship. My boyfriend now is very canny. He's really adept at picking out the flaws in my personality. Not in a mean way -- more in a way where he's like, Hey, you do this sometimes, and I'm like, Oh, yeah, I do. And they're not things that I've been aware of. You can see how someone can cause a lot of damage that way, if they're not nice people. It is extraordinary. Another thing that apparently started happening almost immediately is that he dreams about me a lot. I dream about him too, but I think he dreams about me more. You'd think it was the other way around, but it isn't. I will also say that, with his Mercury in my 12th, I've had some trouble trusting what he says, even if he says it in plain English. I am already a paranoid person (thanks, Mars in Scorpio!), and this 12th house stuff just adds to the Neptune fog. I do trust him, in general terms, but sometimes our signals get crossed, or what he says seems obscure to me, or I completely misread things. This doesn't happen often, though. IP: Logged |

Yep. A lot, actually. I concur that they tend to involve Soulmate relationships and transformative experiences. It certainly 'illuminates' things.IP: Logged |

My sun is in his 12th house. Sure I gave up a lot of things to be with him. Well it was "a lot" by normal standard I guess, but to me it felt like nothing, coz I wasn't that attached to the things I gave up. In fact I think the relationship sets me free. Loving the beauty of wild abandonment lol. No there isn't any secrecy. IP: Logged |

One more thing I'll say is that I feel a strange impulse to keep things quiet about us. Not that I am hiding him away -- I just don't want his "stuff" out in the open, so to speak. I don't want any other woman knowing how great he is, I guess. Or I don't mind talking about it, but I never talk about him in front of him ... whereas he'll talk about me, to whomever, wherever (I mean, good stuff, obviously).I'm reminded of some advice I heard once: If you've got a good thing going, shut the damn door and protect it. That is how I feel about it. IP: Logged |
