Immediately, I see that you have Mars square Pluto in the synastry. Even though you have it in your natal chart, she may not be use to this instense energy. I knew of a married couple who had this in their synastry chart and their fighting was really intense. The wife would get absolutely furious to the point of throwing dishes at her husband. She was Mars. He never became with physical with her (thank goodness), but the potential is there for war. In your case YOU are the Mars (an aggressive Taurus Mars, at that) and may, from time to time, lose your temper and charge. The outcome of what happens next depends on her. It's something to be mindful of before things get out of hand. Her Saturn in your 3rd house may be critical and dogmatic in regards to your ideas and how you communicate. She may interrupt you while you speak, especially if it's something she feels she either doesn't agree with or has more knowledge. As a positive note, if you listen to her nagging, she may actually be correct. Saturn is a harsh, but valuable teacher. If you are both mature, this may be to your benefit.
Your Saturn falls into her 8th house which can be useful in a business relationship. If you two work together, you both will share common career goals. It may provide a lack of intimate love between two people, though.
Otherwise, I see some decent aspects. Your Venus falling into her 12th house will uncover a side of herself that she only shows to you. It's not intense like the 8th house, but 12th synastry is still quite deep. You may be her shoulder to lean on when life gets real. You'll be her foundation, her rock.
Sun conjunct Moon is nice aspect. I have this with someone It creates a mutual understanding of your primary core values that stem from your heart and your mind. You are the moon, so her sun, her foundation and center of being of who she is will make you feel warm as she illuminates your heart with understanding.
Her Pluto, Sun, Uranus, and Venus in your 10th house can mean that she will be instrumental in either a change or a transformation of your career path. She may help mold you into the potential she sees in you, especially where Uranus and Pluto are concerned. Because her Pluto is square to your Mars, not only may you resist her influence, but your career / job can be the source of your fights.
Her Moon falls into your 4th house and is loosely conjunct to your IC. Her heart provide you with a sense of familiarity and a desire to settle down and make a home together. But your Saturn is in your 4th house, so home have have not have been a safe place for you. She may provide that safety net that you have unconsciously been desiring for so long.
You Pluto conjuncts her North Node in a wide orb. Maybe 4 degrees? You may be responsible for bringing upheavals in her life if you are together. This is for her own good because she has to learn to makes changes in her life, but Pluto stings a bit.
Your Sun is in her 11th house. You either met through mutual friends, were friends first, or met through some type of organization that upholds mutual beliefs.

Your Venus trines her Neptune. This is an incredibly romantic aspect without the risk of deception the way the harder aspects may encounter. It's not as strong as the conjunction, but it adds the positive interpretations, however so light. If I am correct, I think I see a Grand Trine between your Venus, her Neptune, and her Chiron. The trine between your Venus and her Chiron will be beneficial to you as she will heal you of your past relationship baggage. The trine is the better aspect because although it is still painful for you, it will be easier for you to let go and allow her in.
