What could contribute to that? Uranus transits/progressions?

I've known a person for years, so does he. And there were never ever anything between us that could point that there could be an attraction. I always thought he was good looking, intelligent, etc, i think he thought the same, but then out of the blue we both change our minds and see each other in a different light - a sudden, powerful attraction.

Can't get him out of my head now, lol.

You have Saturn-Pluto conj. That's past life connection which is sextiled by tPluto ( hidden past) now. Your nSaturn is conjuncted by tPluto so there is DW going. Check the degrees.

I think you have a nice synastry going.
Venus conj. Vertex.
Sun/Mercury conj. Dsc
Sun trine Venus.
Sun trine Pluto
Venus/Mercury sextile Uranus for attraction
Moon trine Uranus for another attraction
Saturn sextile Saturn
Saturn sextile Sun

Well, they do say that the best lovers are those that start off as friends.

Who has the Venus in Aquarius?Because I think that that is the culprit.

I was looking for Caprciron/Saturn on Venus. As this suggests that an attraction that grows more resilient over time too.

If this will continue, then certainly not as friends, lol. Not that vibe, rather - i want him, and i want him now vibe.

We were not friends, we just knew each other, but it was never beyond hi and how do you do? I guess, something in the skies changed that.
