Just when I think about it... I think gemini mars people get easily tired of their partners after a couple of years or what?

It just seems so hard to keep up with them intellectually.. they always search for someone new they can have funny talks with.

What do you think would really be the best match for a gemini mars?

I have it. I haven't been in a long term relationship.

But my professor is happily married for a long time. Although i do not know if he was or was not cheating on her, but they stick together, that is a fact.

i think you might be right there (edit: or maybe not lol)...i know one in a relationship but he can't help but play around. the intellectual stimulation is definitely important to them. I think the best way around it is to keep these people on their toes if you are in a relationship with them. keep them guessing.
not sure what the best match would be...
i think it all depends on other things anyway.

My best friend`s husband has Mars in Gemini and Venus in Sagitarius and Moon in Aquarius - they have been married for 10 years and together for 15.

No playing around for him. He is totally gaga for my friend.

Of course you can find all kind of Marses in long-term relationships.
And dual sign placements are perhaps the best partners, they have outstanding qualities for give and take and other principles of relationships (compromise, sacrifice, devotion, taking turns etc) (placements in Gemini, Libra and Pisces)

Famous monogamists with Gemini Mars: victoria beckham, antonio banderas, sean connery, sean penn, pierce brosnan, jennifer garner, james stewart, helen mirren even Mr Darcy (Colin firth)

Many performers have this placement, not surprisingly.

oh they have some really nice synastric placements.

My friend has Moon in Aries, MErcury-Venus-Mars-Pluto-conjunction in Libra.

He has also a Sun-ASC-conjunction in Capricorn; she has a Cancer ASC.

Some of the outstanding synastric connections I find are:

their Moon exactly sextile (good for friendship)

his Moon trine her Venus-Mars-Pluto, albeit almost at 5 degrees

his BML conjunct her Moon (he is very fascinated with her)

his Sun-ASC conjunct her DESC

his Mercury trine her Jupiter exact
(and his Mercury square her Uranus - she keeps his mind busy, whcih for an Aqua-Moon is paramount)

his Venus opposite her Jupiter
his Jupiter opposite her Venus (almost 5 degrees)

his Mars sextile her Moon exact
his Jupiter conjunct her Moon exact
(their first born son has his Sun exactly coinjoined that very supportive aspect of his parents, too)

Some other astrologers would deem "bad"aspects, but I don`t think they are a really that much of a problem, just make them relate to each other dynamically

his Moon opposite her Saturn
(but do not forget, he has Sun-ASC in Capricorn, she has her DESC in Capricorn)

his Sun square her Moon
his Sun square her Venus-Mars-Pluto
his Sun conjunct her DESC
his Sun opposite her ASC
So if we use calculated points they have a Grand Cross, if not they have a T-square, pointing to his Sun-ASC right on her DSC

his Mars square her Sun

his Mercury-Saturn-opposition making squares to her nodal axis with Uranus exactly conjoined with her own NN. (of course his own Uranus is there as well, so it is actually a natal T-square in his chart of Mercury-SAturn-uranus triggering her nodal axis)

his Pluto widely opposite her Moon (4)
and conjunct her Venus-Mars (0), and squaring her ASCD-DESC exact
(of course that means he has Pluto square Sun-ASC in his natal)

also

his Juno conjunct her Sun exact
his Ceres conjunct her Jupiter exact (4 children so far )

his Pluto conjunct her Juno
his Vertex conjunct her Ceres

Maybe this could be a good aspect since these are their respective DSC rulers?

I guess it depends on other aspects. You can't really single one out and make a sweeping judgment about the person based on this

If this Mars isn't in a hard aspect to Mercury, Venus, Jupiter or Uranus, I wouldn't worry.

I don't think that's relevant...those celebs on the list have hard aspects to Mars, for example Colin Firth has an exact Mars/Jupiter opposition in T/square with Mercury

One of my best friends has gem mars in a t square with moon/asc and venus. Her current relationship has lasted for more than 2 years. Before this, she had a string of very short lived relationships/romance. Not really her fault, she does tend to attract people who at first seemed perfectly normal but later turned out to be ******** n out tright psychos. Probably because of her venus square mars.

My sister-in-law has a Gemini Mars (and Venus! Unaspected though) and she and her husband have been together at least 10 years now I think. She is a Cancer Sun/Scorpio Moon so I'm sure this helps.

I think for her it would be more about, yes, intellectual stimulation and someone who could keep up with her energy level. She is constantly moving around cleaning or cooking or out shopping!

I wonder what it's like for a woman to have her DSC in Aries, since Mars itself shows the type of men she's attracted to?
Does it mean you're more attracted to Gemini traits rather than Martian traits?
Or do you feel such traits need to equally coexist in a man?

My brother is Mars in gemini, he has been with lots of women and in lots of shorterm relationships and long term. He said his longest relationship was 3 years.........

He is 39 now and has a 1 year old and has been married for 1 year. So there goes a man with Mars in gemini for you....

Keep in mind though that His Mars falls in the 1st house and his moon is in virgo in the 7th. No planets in the 8th. Has pluto in the 5th and the north node in 5th. Gemini rising and his wife is a sagittarius sun.

Hope this helped. But that's just my brother for you it could be different for other men with this placement.

Sun Capricorn, Moon Aries, Libra Rising

I love rugged intelligent guys, some explorer scientist type traveling the world, living in the bush of outback or amazon rain forest would blow my mind! (9th house mars) if they aren't traveling if they need to travel and explore in their minds that's good enough for me, as long as they share their thinking with me.
So I'm thinking it's the mix, guys that are all manly but not intelligent and super curious about life bore me to tears but a guy who is intelligent and curious but a pretty boy....I'm just eh, so so attracted to. But I'd be with him before the rugged guy without intelligence. Overall it's the gemini curiosity and intelligence thats more important than the manly assertive aries traits.
