Hello, I am new to this so I am not sure how to post the synastry chart! Sooooo, I just saved it and uploaded it on to tinypic-

(I am on the inside, and don't pay attention to his houses 'cause the time might be wrong).Basically, he is kind of my new love interest that goes to my work.. But before I had a tiny crush on his friend, and now I am so confused.
This guy keeps saying the right things to me and at times I feel like he is practically trying to seduce me lol.. It's definitely working, and he does nurture me a lot (mars in cancer!?). Yet I don't understand it, and in my chart I feel like Venus in aries kind of gets in the way.
Does anyone know how this is? Has anyone experienced something like this with a venus in pisces, or mars in some other water sign, guy? I am mainly curious to see how things would work out in an astrology perspective.
I am sorry for writing so much!
P.S. I think I kind of got his birth time wrong, he said it was in the afternoon somewhere so I just put noon to be safe haha.
