I have been trying to get over this person for years now. We have never dated, or even hung outside of work, and yet he is all I talk about, and think about. He is a very kind, virtuous man, and I have nothing but respect for him...BUT I absolutely hate being this obsessed.
Although we have a mutual attraction, I know in my heart that my feelings run WAY deeper.
He's nurturing to everyone (Sun conjunct Ceres), and I always have to try not to take his gestures to heart, but then I just come across as cold...even upset.
This pull I have towards him feels like a drug I need in order to survive, and it's getting really pathetic at this point. I constantly look at our Synastry, trying to dissect this connection, and how I can finally shake it off. I really just need whatever answers I can get.I'm Blue - Correct Birth time

His venus conjunct your mars n pluto. Pluto is said to obsess over venus. Pretty sure he likes you it is his venus being aspected. His sun in your 8th and venus could be causing the obsessive quality.IP: Logged |

It's not him  It's your Scorpio/8th house, you are learning to work with obsession.
My advice as an insider  :fill your day with your passions; be busy every day with ALL your passions I am Sun, Venus and Mars conj Pluto and Mercury in the 8th house. Only self-discipline works. ------------------

yes! Since i've been doing just that my obsession thermostat is slowly lowering lol. Sun and merc in the 8th here with scorp ASC.
