Hello Astro's,I was wondering if anyone wants to share their experience with both of these placements? I can not find anyhting on the internet that tells me the difference between the 2 of them. How would such placements work out in a relationship? Anyone? In the future someone else can look up to this topic and read and learn. IP: Logged |

Hello Aubyanne, I meant to ask: What is the difference between a Composite Sun in the 8th House, and a Composite Moon in the 8th House? Since I don't see the difference. I'll explain why. 8th House is a verry private, intimate house. It would seem more at its place when the Moon is there. But the Sun is a more outward energy. Hoe would the Sun project that 8th House energy outward? So, I was hoping that people have experience with this (relationships). Dont have to be romantic, also friendships are good to talk about.

You are on the right track. They are both luminaries so they can draw out similar things in a relationship. Moon in the composite 8th house is very much introspective. A couple with this placement will have the desire to dive deep into the emotional side of the relationship, often analyzing the relationship itself. Both placements promote the need for self awareness. With the sun here, the couple should be prepared for new experiences. Sun in the 8th is related to doing away with the old, or perhaps an IDE that no longer serves a purpose in each person's lives, only to bring something new into the mix. Since the 8th house also rules sex, the sun here can stimulate the need for transcendental love making. Both luminaries in this house will trigger change (out with the old, in with the new) but I would think the moon here would be a heavier influence. There may this this need to embrace the changes in the relationship instead of over analyzing the depth of emotion that can come with this placement. IP: Logged |
