In my experience the square and opposition aspects between the moon and venus are powerful as heck. The closest I have ever been to falling in love with someone was through a moon square venus aspect (along with a venus conjunct venus).

I've also had several venus square and opposite moon aspects throughout my life and it has always created a close, intimate bond.

Right now, this girl i have a huge crush on shares a venus square moon double whammy with me. Both of our Venus are conjunct to each other and both of our moons are conjunct exact as well. Her Mars also conjuncts my Venus and her Mars squares my Moon.

Who's repulsed by it?

I prefer the square to my Venus, I love Leo moons in later degrees.

Not repulsed either (though I have not fallen in love with that aspect).

But if it`s the other person`s Moon in Aries squaring my Venus, I am all enthusiastic about it.
The Libra-Moon- not quite as much, but workable.

I could imagine a Scorpio Venus or Taurus Venus squaring my Moon as pretty intense as well, though I haven`t quite experienced it yet (I did so with Mars in TAurus though and Moon at the same area in Taurus, all squaring my Moon)

Well my Moon is in 2nd house and ruling 8th house, with dispositor in Scorpio, so there is abit of a subtle resonance there.

My Venus is in 1st house, which might very subtly resonate with the Aries-placement I favour as compared to Libra.

Dispositor in Cancer in 8th house, occasionally a Cancer-Venus happened, but very very very rarely like once or so. lol

That sounds like super hot synastry!

BTW the MOon-Venus-DW is it coming up as conjunction/opposition or square in the composite?

You might also be drawn to the Venus-Moon-square because you have it natally, since you both have it there is a strong resonance, which of course is made even stronger by the actual conjunctions.

Whenever i look up certain aspects online theres always a negative interpretation to it, but in real life and experiences its always the other way around.

I love hard moon-venus aspects, to me its just as powerful as moon-mars aspects just in a different way. I feel lot of loyalty and commitment from it.

Yeah theres something underestimated about this aspect people overlook. My Venus is in Cancer and I never understood why whenever someone has an affinity towards me they either have their moon in Aries,Cap, or share a libra moon with me (my moon is in libra).

Also my favorite moon-mars aspect is also the square. I'm always instantly attracted to a woman with a Cancer or Cap Mars because they end up squaring my Libra moon and conjuncting/opposing my Venus Cancer

In the composite it comes up as another square. What is your take on Venus conjunct Venus?

I feel like Moon square Venus is misunderstood somehow. I’ve had it with all the men I’ve been deeply in love with, and I often see it between me and people I get attracted to. I just wonder how it really plays out, what effect it has. I think RunAroundScreaming has the best definition of Moon square Venus: ”[It] gives strong feelings of love whether in the composite or synastry, but one of the people is either in a current relationship or their family is resisting the two of you being together, or similar issues.” More of an external obstacle instead of an internal. I’d say it’s a loving aspect. But who feels what?
