Chiron is 2 degrees square Jupiter correct?

If so....Jupiters enthusiasm and outlook of spirituality and life's purpose or mission would bring up Chirons wound. Chiron would possibly feel insecure and hurt by jupiters expressions, maybe feeling they do not take things serious enough and make light of things that are vitally important.
I would think potentially, spirituality would be a dividing factor for these.
Chiron would not realize it was reacting to past wounds not the reality in front of them. Jupiter would not understand why Chiron was overreacting to seemingly nothing!
I believe if Chiron could let go and see Jupiters lightness as a guiding force and maybe try to follow Jupiters example it could find a new way to release some pint up fears.
Jupiter could teach Chiron some things about letting and enjoying life but with the square aspect Chiron might not be ready to learn what Jupiters teaching.
This could be very healing for Chiron, but that would be a very big step for Chiron to take.

Chiron - Saturn: Where were you in 1966? It was the year of Haight-Ashbury, a period of general stress in families and the greater social culture, and Saturn was conjunct Chiron. Chiron and Saturn is a tough placement regardless of the aspect. It often indicates problems with father and authority figures. The native may struggle to find their own place in the world as a result of abandonment or abuse during childhood. Society and culture at large can be viewed with distrust and suspicion. If the aspects are positive, and the native takes the time to learn about their own motivation, they can become powerful authority figures, teachers and leaders themselves. If they are unable to overcome the cynicism of the placement they can fall prey to bitterness and reject social contact altogether.

We are talking about synastry not natal.
I was not alive in 66, my mom was only 9 years old.
My Chiron is conjunct Jupiter, but distant 9-10 degrees apart and I would agree with the natal discription you shared. Which website did you get that from? I'd be interested in looking at it.

I share this in synastry with someone.

My Jupiter/Aphrodite is square his Chiron exact.

He seems to be particularly jealous of my interaction with other men.

Chiron is not really going to create jealousy, unless maybe it's a scorp Chiron or conjunct Mars maybe.
Chiron is more about a deep wounding and would cause someone to back off out of fear, insecurity or deep pain. Chiron might attack initially in certain circumstances but it's not typical and probably wouldn't happen consistently...after the 1st time Chiron would probably feel so overwhelmed by the pain that caused it to lash it, that Chiron would retreat and close up.

It's a Scorpio Chiron. Plus other planets are involved too.

Wow...that's a tough placement angel! Saturn I'm sure is just a killer in hard aspect to Chiron.
Thank you for sharing the link with me, I identify with it also....my Vertex is on my Jupiter/Chiron midpoint and Venus is on my anti-vertex. I kind of hate anything that touches Chiron, it's such a sensitive place.

Scorpio Chiron, ouch!! That's a very touchy, sensitive Chiron.
What other planets are involved and what are the aspects?

yeah i was abused while growing up and i have a tough relation with my dad ugh and going to school was so rough kids were often picking on me because i was weird and i'm a slow learner which explains my apollo conjunct my chiron in 11th but it could be wrong cause I'm not sure how apollo and chiron work when they meet, i always felt stupid because it takes me a while to process things. it was definitely not the best time of life at all and i would not repeat it. yeah i agree with you ! chiron is not fun.

I'm sorry!! That sounds like a very tough way to have to grow up! I can see how Apollo conjunct Chiron to me would make it hard to find self esteem and feel your inner power, strength and insight. Being in the 11th, friends would potentially be a huge issue and keep you feeling down, hopeless and kind of like the underdog always fighting to feel validated and worthy of respect for your amazing qualities.
But on the positive side once you've worked through your Chiron wound, also having the Apollo energy there would make you an amazing healer! Your gift of healing and ability to help others shine and find their inner beauty would far exceed others....also it would help you to find your dreams and follow them.

Goodness! That's spot-on with my boyfriend. He was born in the summer of '67, but they're parallel in his chart, and CHIRON is on the Aries Point, 1°30. No doubt he's developed a depth of emotional maturity tempered with cool logic, which could become surprisingly known; something of a calling card.
