I'd consider it a valid aspect, with the parallel being 0°00.

As to what it means, that depends upon the way both are operating in each natal.

NESSUS, in any sense, tends to be an uncharacteristically powerful desire to possess whatever it touches. I can confirm that. I have an absolute obsession with helping my boyfriend to lose control -- even once. DEJANIRA can range from victimisation to extreme vulnerability. (We have them conjunct at 0°.) I hardly desire to victimise him; I do want him to explore his vulnerability. No easy feat.

NYMPHE is a different story. Think of it as the 'sex positive' asteroid. NYMPHE has no qualms about sexuality. No boundaries, per se, and no shame. There's no cultural or societal constructs. It's very free, liberated, and natural. When NYMPHE is operating appropriately, the individual tends to be comfortable in their sexual expression, and even a bit on the exhibitionist side (but not always).

The opposition could be interesting, synastrically speaking. NESSUS may flip-flop (in a very dramatic way) on possessing the NYMPHE's free-spirited sexuality. I can see how that works in a consensual BDSM context, but could otherwise be a bit dangerous, if lesser emotionally evolved folks are involved.

Also, NESSUS-PREY is one of those that shouldn't be an issue unless it's in the context of, say, a perpetrator / offender and victim. When in a relationship between loving partners (or even trusting friends) the energy either lies dormant, or can be tapped into, again, through consensual BDSM play. Usually of the primal play variety.

A caveat, though. NESSUS is a very slow moving asteroid, as are most centaurs. It may move a sign in a decade -- several years at least. So, aspects like these -- between the slower centaurs and a faster personal point asteroid (which has a revolution of 2-4 years, more akin to MERC or VENUS) tend to be both karmic and generational. (And were it not exact, I wouldn't really count it.)

PREY is the going to be hit by everyone's NESSUS in their immediate generation, meaning they carry karma related to feeling victimised by the ruthless needs or desires of others -- for example.

I don't count NESSUS aspects much unless they're very close, clearly active, and there's an age gap of at least 4 years.
