I'm wondering about relocation to move natal Vertex to Descendant. Motivation being several prospective mate charts drawn for Los Angeles birthplace show Vertex around Libra 4-5d. Real world former fiance, one of the great loves of my life, had it exactly conjunct my progressed Neptune at 10 Libra. My wild idea is that those several prospective mates could be localized by moving birthplace to where Eastpoint = ASC and Vertex = DESC = my prog Neptune. IP: Logged |

Yes relocated charts are fascinating. Most people only know about the lines they see on the map when it comes to relocated astrology, but actually the degrees of your Angles (Asc, Mc, Ic, Vx, and East Point/West Point) all change quite specifically. For anyone who's wondering you can calculate your relocated chart with your new Asc and other angles on astro.com. To do so you need to change your reference place, and select relocated chart from the drop-down list. I've always wondered about the implications of relocated charts for synastry. Like, if you move to a place where your partner's relocated Asc starts to square your Sun could that impact the relationship? I know my relocated chart has certainly impacted my experiences while in different countries. IP: Logged |

I also wonder about impact of relocation in existing relationships. Personally experienced going halfway around the world to meet former fiance with Aqua ASC opposite my own Leo. All was well while we were together there--but when I returned to my residence here, and secured her a fiance visa, everything in physical relationship fell apart. Never the twain shall meet? quote: Originally posted by Lotis White: Yes relocated charts are fascinating.
