Let's say there's Person A and Person B.Person A is female. Person B is male. Natally, Person A has Moon square Uranus. Natally, Person B has Venus conjunct Uranus. Synastry wise, Person A's Uranus conjuncts Person B's Venus EXACT. Person B's Uranus squares Person A's Moon EXACT. If two people have aspects natally and in their synastry with someone, the same aspect appears BUT EXACT, would this have any significance? Would both people feel right at home with each other related to those particular aspects? OR Would the person involved in the synastry be a catalyst for healing/ awareness/ transformation etc be associated with that particular aspect? Since it's exact? What if two people have it both ways as I described above? FYI: I am speaking on hard aspects because that's where the struggles take place. We need to heal/ integrate/ become aware of the negative energies within us. IP: Logged |

Sounds like a powerful symmetry! To have the synastry highlight both natal aspects, but each being the other's. I'd say it'd have to be significant, wouldn't you?IP: Logged |

I feel it highlights the relationship. From experience, it feels like both provides that "comfort" of familiarity. Almoat similar to moon-venus but with aspects and degrees instead of aspects and signs! The comfort comes in whatever form the planet's energy and aspect creates. In the example above for example, Person A & B would both provide comfort based on excitement, emotional distance (which might, ironically, result in emotional closeness), and any other unconvential Uranian avenues. The fact that both aspects are exact should signify there's a strong focus on these energies between the two people? In the case with the example above, the main theme of the relationship or one of the major characteristics of the partnership would be that on/ off Uranian pull both in affection and emotions. The difference is, maybe each person would feel at home with these energies so they wouldn't play out as if it was just a 'normal' aspect? I would love to hear what others think of this. IP: Logged |

i think you summed it up quite well yourself, and i'd agree with how you see it. i happen to have moon square uranus and can say, just from my own experience, that if someone contacts that point in my chart it enhances my own natal aspect and makes it... harder to get out of... if that makes sense. while i think it's very good for comfort if someone hits right on your hard aspect (and i always feel very comfortable with someone who contacts it), i don't think it compels change in me personally or encourages growth in any way. i become *more* uranus and that person will have a hard time getting me to change. personally, i think you'd need someone who doesn't contact that point in the natal chart to encourage change, because enhancing uranus - in this instance, would make things more unstable and not less. and, as you said, it'll make it a focal point in the relationship. in any relationship where they contacted that point it was/is very very off/on and for stability, then someone would need to not enhance that point in the chart.
