Not quite, but does Chiron in House 5 (also in Aries) maybe also count? I certainly know the experience you talk about - attracting "damaged" people as romantic partners, sometimes downright nutcases (I have been with a psycho control freak, a borderliner, and one depressed alcoholic - they had other redeeming qualities but these problems ultimately led to the failure of the relationships), even in casual acquaintances. I guess one reason why you find it hard to connect with those people you want to attract - those who have acknowledged their own problems and started to heal themselves - are just very, very rare, and this is why it's so hard to find them. Those who don't make decisive steps towards healing are just way more numerous.

My personal experience is that it can be a good idea to take things very slowly with new people, to become friends first and observe the other person for some time before starting anything romantic. If someone is not up to this - taking things slow - and demands immediate commitment, then this could in itself already be an indication of a not very stable personality, and so this has pretty much become my filter of choice.

I think Chiron in 5th, Aries Chiron could have the same effect.
Yes, ppl who are actively healing and actually progressing are very rare. I think the ones that need healing are drawn to those who's energy is healing. We have worked diligently to find our own healing path. I wonder if we must shine brightly as some kind of beacon of help or hope?
Or maybe we shine brightly as a person with strength they could borrow from us, but they can't! They just drain us of we let them. If they are not truly trying to heal....they're only energy vampires to anyone.

These guys do seem to pressure me for commitment very quickly. I will pay more attention to that in the future.
