Can anyone please tell me if this is of significance.
My Ceres conjunct his Karma
My Ceres trine his moon
His Ceres trine my Sun

Everything is within 2°
Thank you!

I'm assuming this is the same synastry where there's a PLUTO conjunct SUN-PERSEPHONE?

Interesting.

What's the orb of your SUN conjunct PERSEPHONE and to his PLUTO?

My Persephone conjunct his Pluto 0°
My Sun conjunct his Pluto 1°

He has Pluto in the 8th house so these conjunctions are in his 8th house.

*My Sun conjunct my Persephone 1°

Oh, okay, SUN is conjunct PLUTO 1°, not 0°. No worries.

You're definitely a SUN-PERSEPHONE, however, with the essence of the myth close to your identity. Since his PLUTO is conjunct your PERSEPHONE so closely, it is likely to ignite such feelings and channel a similar experience. Fortunately, the SUN is not exact. Though, it's a different degree, too, which may also lessen its effects.

I'm ... thinking aloud. Don't worry. You should be good.

Oh ok, lol!
It's just a bit confusing and contradicting sometimes.
Apart from this, my Venus conjunct his Vertex at 0°, my Pholus conjunct his Amor at 0°, his Cupido conjunct my Ascendant at 0°, his Anteros conjunct my DC at 0°, my Apollo conjunct his DC at 2°, my Ceres conjunct his Karma at 2°. BTW, what do you think about the Ceres aspects above?

It's interesting that there's a Ceres conjunct Karma and that Ceres is well aspected, given the Persephone-Pluto connection!

Looks like you've got some stuff to work out regarding the whole myth, or that your relationship may mirror it in some way...

With Ceres conjunct Karma I would hazard a guess that we can look at themes of cyclical change, periods of togetherness and being apart, with a karmic focus on the fecundity of the mother who renews the earth each year with bounty... There either has been or will be a lot of work generated between you regarding these themes. You probably have an idea of the significance yourself, since you're posting, eh?

Hi yungang,

I've read the myth, and well... I'm extremely close to my mother --we're best friends. No, I'm not a young virgin, but, I married my first boyfriend and he's been the only man I've been with. I've been divorced for a few months now, and engaging in a new relationship right now, was the last thing I wanted to do. However, I met this man (we have not been formally introduced, yet) and he's becoming and obsession (I'm guessing my sun conjunct his pluto is kicking in here). He seems very intense and he makes me uncomfortable, not in a bad way, is just that he has a very imposing presence.
Not sure how this will go if it goes.

... charts?

Not formally introduced-- fascinating. Sounds like you are straight out of the 18th century And not-exactly-a-virgin, close to your mother... It's neat that you have so much self-awareness about the whole thing, obviously you understand the Persephone connection better than I ever could! Her take on things...

I think this could be a very romantic relationship for you... especially if on some level you enjoy discomfort?... I'm finding that in some ways I find discomfort more reassuring than waiting for the other foot to drop, that's me natally- but I would want to see a lot of gentleness between your charts to go with the Pluto energy so that it is playful/fulfilling rather than truly feeling like an abduction/ongoingly uncomfortable... heh... for that reason the positive Ceres connections are great to see. The diplomatic, positive side of the arrangement coming more into play than the combative, competitive vibe between Ceres and Pluto...

Not to mention that CERES is the Roman name of Demeter.

So, definitely, the interconnexion of these will be influential regarding this relationship for you.

Your vertex... juno... venus... karma in his 7th. Well chosen/well placed asteroids... Alma on Jupiter/Moon is lovely, as is Alma on the descendant. Your Mars in his 5th would keep things exciting and fun...

Valentine opposition Valentine, I wonder what iq would say about that... and yours on his South Node-- and Neptune! He'll probably be very connected spiritually to his past lives' learning in the Sagittarian realm... your Valentine would keep him connected in a positive way to that, and you would love him for all his well developed qualities, shadow and all... and he's coming down off the mountain in this lifetime so to speak, if you look at it that way... your Mars Valentine opposition lending energy to his Gemini expression this time round. That seems pretty nice. Sun trine Venus, and the Venus Vertex connection... both nice, and significant...

Does he seem well off/successful/happy? Sun conjunct POF in the 2nd...

Oh, Valentine opp Valentine? I didn't catch that one. I hope it's not too bad. As for my Valentine/Mars opposition lending energy to his Gemini expression... how's that? Could you please explain? I'm not getting the picture.
Thank you for taking the time to take a look at the chart.
He does seems successful and happy, or at least he appears to be.

My little pluto inside me got curious so I also looked at the composite (getting ahead of myself, I know.) Most of the asteroids fall between houses 1 and 7. There's hope.

Oh I don't think Val opp Val is a negative thing, I personally like the energy generated by oppositions, and since it's along his nodal axis the energy will be felt as a flow between these complementary energies.

I meant with Mars there on his North Node you'll help him feel that his life purpose, his learning and fulfillment, are being fueled and energized and activated by you. With Valentine and North Node conjunct Mars he will really really appreciate your energy I'm thinkin.

Thank you, yungang.

With a tight Sun/Persephone conjunction in my natal, I became familiar with the story of Persephone, and I can see certain traits in me similar to hers, however, when it comes to Pluto, I never stop to think that between the myth and having a Persephone/Pluto aspect could also have its similarities in real life, or at least not literally.
Aubyanne mentioned not to worry about my persephone/sun conjunct his pluto, because both conjunctions are not at 0°, instead, one is at 0° and the other is at 1°. If both were at 0°, would that mean I could've been in some kind of danger with this guy giving the myth? I wasn't really concerned, but she got me thinking, lol! It's a little hard to interpret/apply the myth into real live, but now I wonder if there've been cases were the story of a myth repeats itself.

Since both are not at 0° but it still tight, she mentioned it is still likely to ignite such feelings and channel a similar experience but with a lesser effect, so I should be good. Meaning... I'm not at risk here? Sorry, I'm trying to see how to interpret the myth in a positive way along with the good aspects.

I was a bit alarmed.

I had it at 0°00 conjunct, with my SUN and his PLUTO, at 19° Libra 13. I call him 'my first monster' for a reason. He's also what led to the unlikely decision of my joining the FBI.

Oh wow, Aubyanne, I'm really sorry to hear that.

Did you have the persephone/pluto aspect as well or just the Sun/Pluto aspect alone was enough?
It's only 1° more in my case, but boy, do I really hope it makes a big difference.
