I'm guessing that not being able to have children with cause us great pain and hurt. Is there any way to find out if adoption will make things better or if there are any adoption aspects like asteroids or others I can look up? I've always had a strong urge to adopt and I know my SO would like that as well.

Natally my saturn is in my 5th house in the sign of Pisces 4 degrees. Which also explains the infertility a bit more

Mergoatsun, yes i do have to agree with you 10000000%, saturn in the 5th house is a strong placement to have in the natal where the individual is going to have a hard time to obtain having children in there life. saturn brings restriction and limitation and when its in the 5th house ESPECIALLY in the sign of PISCES that will be difficult and hard to achieve. you could have a child but i feel that child may suffer from an illness, psychologically or physically or both, you may have the child and lose them in some way, you may have a child but later on you may pass before they are able to grow up, i know i' m not being helpful here but I'm just giving you my full honesty and what i've researched behind this aspect and even have this aspect in my own natal chart.

i have saturn in the 5th house in AQUARIUS. and let me tell you i wanted children a long time ago while i was a little girl but unfortunately i experienced a very hard childhood, i went through physical abuse with my family for 10 years, was bullied a lot, called awful names, humiliated by friends in public in school, i have had the worst childhood and because of it i choose to not have children, pregnancy is something that is scary and very uncomfortable for me, i' m bisexual and prefer relationships with women, i' m very independent and unique when it comes to the idea of having children. so this explains a lot why i don't want children because of my saturn being in aquarius (representing freedom and innovation and different ideals) and that being in the 5th house and i know i won't ever have children and i've learned to embrace that even though there is a part of me that wants my own little girl but i know that won't happen in this lifetime as i feel i' am not spiritually ready to have a child.

my Aunt also has this placement and she tried so hard to have children but she married very late and tried to have children but experienced a miscarriage.

my friend who is from france had gotten pregnant many times with various men but ended up having abortions, and her fiancé as of today tried to have a child she announced to her family that she was going to have a child with her fiancé but ended up having another abortion but will still marry her fiancé regardless. she also has saturn in the 5th house.

these are just a few examples that i have and come across with this aspect. but hopefully there is an astrologer here that can give you answer.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. My childhood was extremely similar to yours. I wonders if Saturn in the 5th also stands for adopted children as well
