Hey guys.

Can we play a little game here?
We all know most of people want planets in 1th,5th,7th,8th houses ,that is obvious. And no,Im not a exception to the rule But i want to read more about the other houses. They are so underrated.

So could you talk about 3 placements you liked the most and just one that you hated?Lets see their bright sides.

This placements are my top 3:

Mercury in my 11th -Seriously,that was really good. Not even saturn-mercury square was enough to beat this placement.

Sun in my 12th house- Call me crazy, but i enjoyed this one.I felt comfortable with the guy, somehow. It was almost like sun in 1th house, but feels like he could see the real me under the surface.Where no one else could.Thats was such a relief. No masks!!

Venus in my 6th house- Not really a easy one but not bad either.Helped me to take better care of my self,my health.Taugh me with love you know?.

And the number one stay-away-from-me placement is:

Pluto in my 6th house- Trying to transform my "bad" habits.Urg annoying, to say the least.Perhaps thats why is so hard to date people of my age.

Hope you guys can share something here.

Cool idea. I agree, we can get a little focused on the main relationship houses, so it'll be good to see the unsung hero houses get a little attention.

My top 3 would be:

-Moon in my 2nd-
I love this placement. It gives an amazing feeling of emotional security. It feels warm and safe and sound, which my Cancer AC-Cap DC loves. Also, it makes for some fantastic cuddling.

-Moon in my 9th-
This just feels free and happy. The person just has a way of always making me joyful and uplifted. The Moon person can put a smile on my face without even trying just by being themselves.

-Jupiter in my 12th-
A close soulmate has his Jupiter in my 12th and it just makes me feel a sense of spiritual joy. They light me up and make me feel a smile in my spirit. It's a very good feeling.

-Honorable mention goes to-
Personal planets in the 4th house. These are almost always nice and feel cozy, close, and familiar. They aren't too exciting, but they make living together feel natural and easy.

#1 Hate-to-see placement for me:

-Saturn in my 12th house-
Loathe, loathe, loathe this placement. For me, it expressed itself as the Saturn person having absolutely NO sensitivity to the most psychologically vulnerable parts of me. I have Sun, Venus, Mars, and Mercury in my 12th house, and a Cancer AC. It is extremely hard for me to trust someone enough to allow them to see the most fragile parts of my inner self. If I allow someone into that sacred space, it is a deep, deep trust I am giving them. Their Saturn in my 12th is always careless, cold, and brutal with the most fragile parts of my soul. You eventually learn to NEVER, EVER show them your deepest inner self again. You erect psychological walls and defenses to keep them out of your vulnerable inner space. You become very guarded with them. It's not good for personal relationships. My heart sinks when I see it in synastry charts.

Lovely descriptions Wild horses! That helped me to take a different look in those houses (9th/2th).

The people i love the most have planets in my 12th, so when someone touch this house i usually have deep feelings for them. But saturn, hum i never had this planet there.I imagine how difficult and exhausting it was for you.

Well, one of my favorites is sort of connected to the typical relationship houses, but not really.

I quite enjoy planets in my 3rd house, because then this person is interesting just to talk with hang out with. My Dsc is Gemini though. So the 3rd house is my secondary 7th house. My Gem Dsc looks for communication.

I also quite like the 11th house. It's the house of 'love received', and with positive synastry the person can really make you feel welcome and appreciated (the 5th is the house of 'love given' which is why we can go crazy over it when it's touched).

Other then these I do tend to go for the usual favorites mentioned in the OP.

For some reason, EVERY man i've ever had something with (including just hugs and kisses) had Scorpio Mars, that puts it in my 3rd house. Obviously i like that since my choice of men, lol. If i had to think of a reason - maybe it has to do with my Gemini Mars, so the energy seems similar to me since my 3rd house is activated. Communication is a huge matter to me. I feel drawn to Mars in Scorpio men like a moth to a flame. And, by the way, many of them as well, and even without major aspects from their Mars to my planets, this is really weird.

I like someone's Venus or Mars in my 11th, that gives a really friendly vibe. This has to do with the fact that i have Moon conjunct Jupiter in 11th.

Mars in 2nd not so nice, i even don't know the reason why. I have Sun,Venus and Mercury there, so i'd have to like them, but it also squares my Neptune and Saturn so i may not see them for who they are with their actions confusing me.

And i forgot third one i like - Jupiter in my 4th! Really at-home-feeling!

I don't think it's underrated, but I love 1st house synastry, for myself and to see it for others. It's very personal, personalized, it makes the planet person spontaneously admire and love the 1st house, they are fans and supporters of the 1st house, and the 1st house feels appreciated, loved, encouraged, understood, chosen, admired. It's lively, vibrant and stimulating, having a martian energy about it. I also like angle conjunctions in general, they are very personalized too.

It's in my top list of synastry overlays.

I also love 12th house synastry, it's the ultimate intimate connection, and an overlay you want for total honesty and merging, and a psychic mental invisible connection, especially with feminine and/or receptive planets: Venus, Moon, Neptune, Mercury, but the top placement I like here and experienced many times is Sun overlaying the 12th. That one is definitely underrated and "demonized'.

The planet can finally see into someone else's soul like with no other, they can see all their vulnerability, the beauty or fragility of one's soul which leads, with good intentions, to devotion, a strong desire to protect, shelter and heal (sometimes save) the 12th house. The 12th feels amazed how this person can understand, see and touch their soul beyond any appearances, at first it may feel vulnerable to feel so exposed, to open up all wounds for healing, but having a loving planet there or a luminary is a balm, like having the good fairy suddenly with you, and meeting one's guardian angel. In fact, the planet becomes the guardian angel of the 12th house person. Being a place of surrender and devotion, so the 12th house can become extremely devoted to the planet person as well and the impact the planet has on them is unforgettable and irreplaceable. After that, no one else can feel you that deep again, and with no one else you can feel at such depth, unless for another 12th overlay There is no going back to the other houses after a 12th overlay, it's the ultimate experience in terms of overlaying.

also a fan of the 12th house for synastry. So much feeling and devotion with that one. And a fierce sense of protectiveness. My stellium falls into my guys 12th house. Also my best friend of 35 years has her stellium in my 12th h, and my stellium in her 12th h. These are the closest people to me, by no accident.

Least favorites are 11th and 6th.
11th turns into just friends for me EVERY TIME, whether it's me or them ending the romance part.

6th house becomes a nitpicking fest over my personal and living habits. My last long relationship had this. It might of been bc he had a 6th house stellium and so did I. But when they merged you have things like, "I can't stand the way you tie the top of the garbage before you take it out" romance killer!

I have 5H Sag, 7H Aqua, 8H Pisces. I've mostly steered clear of overlays to these houses in romantic synastry, aside from generational Sag Neptune, and my husband's Sag Saturn.

I've spent the overwhelming majority of my romantic life with Leo-Virgo-Libra...heavy emphasis on my 1st and 2nd house.

That could be because I enjoy the Aries energy of the first house, what with my Leo ASC trine Sag Venus.

I have Virgo in the 2H, so my Cap sun completes a grand trine-ish energy there, too. Also, the 2H emphasis could relate to my Taurus south node.

Perhaps if I had married later, I would have gone for more Scorpio placements (reflecting my NN, and falling in my 4H.) As it stands, only my husband's NN is there.
