I've been trying to search info on these but I haven't found much.

According to the composite astro.com, Eros and Psyche is in the 11th house, Valentine is in the 7th house, Amor is in the 8th, Ceres in the 7th, Chiron in the 9th, Juno in the 10th and for good measure (even though this isn't an asteroid) vertex is in "7+1."

7th and 8th house composite about supposed to be great to have if not mistaken. Just wanting to know the meanings of it all.

What are the orbs on everything? Are EROS and PSYCHE conjunct?

First off, no Eros and Psyche aren't conjunct, which I get is an imperative indicator if it was.

Second, Orbs of those houses?

If it's houses you're talking about, then the chart just shows speed, longitude, latitude and declination. Unless you just meant aspects of the whole composite?
