This isn't SA-related, but I'm intrigued by my husband's 7R (URA) being 0° conjunct my SUN. Though his second marriage, he's suggested it's 'the first one he got right'. Technically, his 9H should be highlighted -- Aries. Nope. I'm Plutonian. My boyfriend is a lunar Aries, however. That's kind of funny. They have a good relationship, though. Sometimes, they fight like Spock and McCoy, but there's a genuine respect and appreciation beyond the 'surface tension' of personality clashes.

As for him, he's my first; my 7R shares the sign of his MOON, but is 10° from the degree, alas. But it carries the 'spirit' of it.

Interesting how, though his 9H is Aries, and I'm a Libran, he's a Geminian, and my 7R is NEP in SAG. Huh. His MARS is in Pisces, though, so that's cute. My DSC, though far from the degree.

But, Em, she stole my heart!

This four-year-old blonde angel, with sticky fingers, and a contagious smile ....

She was in town with her mother for a visit; her father brought her to the office. She set a rubber beetle upon my shoulder as I was working. Everyone said, 'but, Auby, you're supposed to scream and say, 'oh, no! It's a bug!'' But I blinked at them, and told her she had a lovely beetle. Her face lit up. She squealed and giggled and said, 'thanks!'

And that was it. Since that day. As she ran back off to rejoin her father, she's had my heart in tow.

Marriage has never been my thing; I never thought I'd marry. But when he asked me, four years later, to be his wife and help him raise his daughter, I couldn't say anything but, 'yes!' and throw my arms around him. I proudly donned the title of 'stepmom' in no time flat -- me! -- who never once thought of being a mom of any kind. Miss URA-MOON.

And when she started calling me her 'other mother', my own heart flat-out melted. She's a teenager, too. Pretty proud of being a 'cool other mother' to a thirteen year old kick-ass young lady. I'm doing something right.

haha that's a cool story Auby

But....what this your FIRST marriage?

coz i've been married once. I also lived in dreamland at the time. I wasn't as sure of myself as I am now. I just did it because that's what I thought you did after 7 years. But alas 2.5 years later I woke up.

So not sure I would do it again. It puts some kind of box around the relationship. I'd be afraid to lose my new found freedom....even if I'm with my true love. I don't know... I guess time will tell.

I'm a little confused about the SA chart anyway - my DSC ruler is my sun, and the sun doesn't show up when I look at my SA chart..?? So how do you even calculate timing of anything with that?

Sorry for the heinous NOOB question on your thread, just trying to understand how to read these better.

I have been married once too and I have said since my divorce that there won't be a second marriage...BUT that I would prefer to commit to someone on a permanent basis w/o any legal ties

*shrug*

I was reading the more aspects you have to your 7R the more likely you are to marry multiple times... heh My moon is my 7R and it has like 7 aspects (or something crazy) lmao....but yeah, not planning to marry that many times!
