Or what if person A makes up the planet at the apex and one of the legs but person B comes in and finishes the YOD with a stellium at the other leg??

The sextile person feels they have prepared with their sextile for this meeting and the apex person triggers what they have been preparing for, creating the event/turning point/change the Yod is meant for. It's as if the apex person gives a meaning and use for the sextile. It's in fact a channel, and the apex person is a timing trigger too.

in your case, someone has a quincunx, and the other person brings the sextile leg. Together, they will start the preparation suggested by the sextile, which usually takes a longer time, and at some point, the apex person (which is the quincunx person) will trigger the actual event/change. In this case, the quincunx person feels their quincunx is triggered and put to common use, a common goal in this relationship; they remain the trigger, dominant person however.

The result is seen on the other side, in the Yod release. It could be a lesson/change for just one person only.

The reason composite Yods are so powerful and connective in relationships is that the couple is meant to go through that impressive changes/events together; while a synastric Yod may point to one of them facilitating a change for the other, and sometimes when we change we move forward; but of course, with a strong synastry, meant to last, whatever one changes with the help of the other, the other will benefit from.

I wonder if his DSC resonates with Mercury Venus or your Mercury Venus.

And you must feel your Mercury/Venus sextile being of particular use and appreciated or very active in this relationship.

Well he gets in these grouchy little ruts and I can yank him out by being affectionate (Sag Venus) and crazy (Aqua Mercury) at once, so he laughs and forgets what was bothering him. Affection alone wouldn't be enough, he has to see my brain getting involved in the effort.

His moon inconjuncts my Valentine which sextiles his Juno.

His Juno forms a stellium with Venus and Pluto.

though of course I find it just as lovely that his CERES conjuncts my IC, and some other things.
But that EROS-CERES always made me giggle a little. oh and my PHOLUS is conjunct his EROS as well, of course.

You inspired me to look for chocolate asteroids....I found 6436 COCO.

Now, I LOVE chocolate. So of course, I have COCO right on my DSC, 1* orb. That's just a given. The hilarious thing is, my husband has COCO conjunct his sun, about 1* orb. LOL
Which means his COCO is on my ASC. And he buys me a lot of chocolate.

I am glad you mentioned this bc I have noticed PHOLUS active in married couples! I don't know why? its just something I have noticed and found it peculiar..

My husband's PHOLUS opposes by less than 2d my SUN and conjuncts my Earth. My ex Pholus opposes my Sun by less than 1d and my pholus opposes his venus-pluto-juno and we wanted to get married and talked about it but I was 19.

My grandmother has moon conjunct PHOLUS opposite my grandpa's SUN, also my grandpa's pholus semisextile her juno.

My dad's PHOLUS opposes my mom's SUN.

My sister has PHOLUS trine SUN which forms a grand trine with her husband's Neptune conjunct PSYCHE (Neptune rules her 7th).

Brad Pitt's PHOLUS trines Angelina's SUN and JUNO and her Pholus opposes his Pluto in the 9th.

I will post discovery for Pholus later...now I am curious..

Never knew there was an asteroid COCO

In my chart is is on 00 Scorpio conjunct my Uranus and 11th house cusp on 01 Scorpio (well 11th house known as the house of "love received", so I am on the receiving end of chocolate? )
It also conjuncts both our UNION-asteroids on 20 Libra. lol
his VESTA on 3 Taurus is also in the brew.

in his chart COCO is on 01 Aries (yeah rather prominent) and conjunct my DEJANIRA on 00 Aries. Yeah I guess I am the vulnerable one, I guess he could lure me away from the right path by just leaving a trail of chocolate, despite my better knowledge.

In fact that very day I had been very hard on myself and berating myself for being so fat and ugly as I was at that point (almost 60 kilos more than now after all), and he picked THAT day for offering me more of the "drug"?
Partly I refused to accept the offer because of that, but also because I suspected him to have a secret agenda with that, some joke, he is a prankster after all. In fact he is, he offered the chocolate (he found another victim) that will start to I donīt know sparkle when it melts in your mouth. like little explosions. I had such a suspicion because it was exactly what I would have been doing myself. In fact I did it to my family, the christmas before, luring them into that explosive-chocolate-trap and enjoying their faces.

Anyway at that day P tried that one me, there was actually Tr CHOCO conjunct Tr Sun right opposite his COCO, and on his natal Vertex. So chocolate changed his life?

Interestingly in our composite COCO is just 21 minutes off Venus, and conjunct PROSERPINA, which squares Pluto, and conj. CIRCE right there as well, so that is how he tries to "tempt" me, with chocolate?
It might work, you know? Except my Saturn is opposing this c-Venus-COCO-Proserpina-Circe-Arthur - I am real good in being a wet blanket, so I won`t get dragged to the underworld of Pluto by falling prey to that.
And yeah c-DEJANIRA is on 16 or 17 Gemini conjunct my KARMA and quinkunx that stellium around COCO.
