Can someone please tell me the effects of this aspect. I've been searching the internet with no luck. I have this with someone at 0°. He's Lust and I'm Pluto.

The two are intensified by each other. Pluto is lustful by definition but at the same time, what you have here is the one with the Lust feeling very much alive and turned on by the other's Plutonian side. Look at what Pluto rules, its sign and house, to see the profile for this Pluto. And the same for Lust. the polarity of the opposition creates an amplified, yet mirrored effect.
