If the TOB is correct (for both) then I'd say there's something of the hand of fate here at work, with a NNODE-SUN and VERTEX-MOON.

Perhaps, companion soulmates with reward karma. Tough to say from so little, but that's a decent guess.

I agree with Aubyanne. There is some karmic play with the nodes conj. and the sun involved there too. Vertex is a powerful point being activated. Chiron in the partners 12th also.

I'm not sure I would consider this a twin flame chart. But you two will certainly be aware of each other.

Element wise you complement each other. That's interesting.

I find intriguing that he has a scorpio ASC and no planets in water signs. While you are low on air...only Chiron in Libra.

You two fill the each others gaps. That can happen in couples. It's nice.
