I like your read of it. Other aspects to Chiron natally and synastrically will tell a fuller story... but of course Chiron on the angles is going to give a very Chironic flair/tone to the experience of one another.

Yes indeed so. It does matter how one handles their own Chiron. Coincidentally my old astrology teacher let me know that he will do a 3 hour course on Chiron, I think I will attend!
Wow, that's pretty amazing, having Chiron at the root of your kite! How does this manifest for you? A lot of opportunities for healing or being a healer or do you create it yourself (as a matter of fact we all create our own reality) because Chiron is the base? Is he the foundation on which the kite is build? I have not much knowledge on kites.

Person A's Chiron is trine Venus, sextile MC, sextile Moon, sextile Mercury, square Mars and opposite Uranus.

Person B's Chiron is conjunct descendant and opposite Venus, trine Jupiter and widely opposite sun/uranus conjunction (7 orb). transiting Chiron is currently squaring his sun. He will be going through intens therapy starting Monday. Saturn return had just happend. I think it's great for him!

Once in a while we have contact over email or sms and it is always nice. Past summer we met at my place and talked all afternoon. It was the same as ever. But just friends.
I just understand him and he really enjoys being himself around me. He told me a lot of his secrets and about his painful and troubled youth.
Today he started therapy. It's 2 months internal therapy. He has psychological problems but also addiction. Those go hand in hand. I have felt so sad today because I feel so connected to him. I have made sure I am here if he needs me as a friend. I was planning to do some therapy because I am a therapist as well and he really wanted it but I am also scared of our connection. I don't want to feel that. I want to be his friend only. He's a free soul and really awkward and different and very special to me. I don't think he feels love feelings for me anymore but like me feels the connection. Special feelings yeah. Friends who never really contact but still feel the connection.

I am sure we have this connection started in another lifetime. I guess it also was teacher/student as our 3rd/9th houses are highlighted with the nodes. I will post our charts beneath and would like to ask what do you see.
