Moon conjunct other person's Venus

If you want sweetness, tenderness, affection and caring, essentially that is what this aspect promises. A wonderfully fortunate aspect, it generates mutual support and genuine enjoyment. Social connections are favored and favorable. This combination won’t put paid to every struggle or issue between you but it will go a very long way to sustaining lovingness during times of inevitable strain. You will enjoy simply being together because you thrive on each other’s energy. It won’t matter much what you do and even mundane chores are made more pleasant because you are with each other. You’ll find you have much in common and that too will deepen the bond between you. This aspect encourages a natural cooperative and considerate attention to fairness and equality in all your interactions. Others will sense and easily respond to the positive energy surrounding you. There is much you can do to create warm and beneficial energetic environments and you could become very sought after in your social network. If you share career activities or are in a business venture together, this aspect enhances social acceptance and the support of those who can benefit you.

Nothing about physical magnetism, though...

I tend to think about it as an affection generating aspect but if his Moon or Venus rules the 8th or falls into that house in her chart or the other way round then it could modify things.

If that sextile is tight then I can believe it's quite magnetic.

How much money? *drooling dollar-sniffing Cap*

Your Mars situation with your hubby is intriguing. What is this planet doing in the composite and Davison and are there any conjunctions or oppositions to the natals? What about midpoints?

But I'm still curious if others have had moon-Venus sustain physical attraction.

The guy that im crushing on at school and am totally crazy how his looks and energy, his sun, moon, and venus QUINXUNX my moon exact and TRUST ME FAITH I do feel QUINXUNX especially if it's more then one plus a conjunction to it and a square and trine...man yeah.

His Mars also sextiles my moon in the 7th house and opposes my chart ruler 8 ruler venus exact. His BML and true lilith lilith on my venus. And Guess what.....???

His stupid ascendant is sitting right on my eros and juno in the 5th house EXACT. Wow no wonder why I see him as the best boyfriend when it comes to looks as well.

Faith,

it`s possible that your daughter is responsive to Moon-Venus, because she experiences its energy through their parents, you and your husband. It feels probably just "right" to her.

At least that is the hypothesis I have, that I am drawn to certain synastric aspects (against textbook) BECAUSE I have been surrounded by their energy when growing up, as my parents have them (and I experienced their relationship as positive).

Examples for that might be my preference for Sun-Sun and Sun-Moon aspects with MY Sun being aspected, which is something my parents have, too. My Dad has a Sun-Moon-square, which squares and opposes my Mom`s Sun. (BTW my youngest brother has a natal luminary square as well).

And then there is the strange case of Saturn. Why on earth am I drawn to men with whom I share Saturn-SN or Saturn-Sun, preferably in a square? lol

well my Mom`s Saturn is on my Dad`s SN exact, and while they do not have a tense aspect, they have the Sun-Saturn-trine, and of course my Dad has Saturn on his ASC, with chartruler in Capricorn trine Saturn.

They also have Mars-opposite-Jupiter (my Dad`s Mars to my Mom`s Jupiter - just as it should be, right? ).

just the surface of it, but I do really suspect some synastry aspect feel so right and natural to me, cause it is what I have experienced energetically at home.

As for Moon-Venus for physical chemistry. I don`t think so on their own, though Venus is a sensual planet, let`s not forget that. Moon-Venus needs touching (but usually more affectionate or as source of comfort and feeling of belonging, not so much the raw animal magnetism, but I am sure you do not want to think about that in terms of your daughter, right? )

I do not even think that the 8th house rulership necessarily makes for a definite sexual vibe (as the depth and intensity of the 8th house can be channelled differently, too, though it also CAN be physical of course). However if there should be an 8th/ 5th house interrelation, I think it might get difficult for it to NOT be experienced in sexual terms.
5th/ 1st, 5th/2nd, 8th/1st, 8th/2nd can often also be very physically magnetic.
5th/2nd maybe more sensual than physical.

Transposing that back into planetary terminology these overlays/ ruleraspects do vibrate (a little) with Sun/Mars, Sun/Venus, Mars/Pluto, Venus/Pluto.

Yeah, why the heck do I dig the VENUS-MOON square so much? And by that, I mean this:

His VENUS square my MOON (1°)
My VENUS square his MOON (2°)

First is my boyfriend, second is my husband. Odd, that I get to 'be both' here. I'm not even sure which I prefer in that regard; do I like being the Scorpio to Jack's Leo? Or the Virgo to my husband's Sag? Huh. One's slightly tighter, too.

On the flipside, my husband's VENUS makes no aspect to my MOON; my VENUS, however is antiscion Jack's MOON.

Hmmmmm. That's a kind of dual-aspect.

I wonder if that's why I can feel so affectionate and drawn to touching them. I just don't like how much my husband turns it sexual. I really, really like being straight-up affectionate, and warm and caring. Sometimes he tells me he can't do that. Other times, he tries. It's a push and pull.

Maybe it's the antiscion I feel the strongest? I know that the thing that drives me MOST crazy is if I can't reach out and make physical contact -- even if it's just my hand upon his knee while watching a film, or him lying against me as we're commiserating over the week we've had. That's the worst. I can deal with the sexual infrequency, so long as it's not for some ulterior reason. (Past issues.) But not touching at all? No.

The kiddo and I are really affectionate, too. For not being very affectionate people in general.

I can't believe I just realised their MOONs are antiscia. Because she and I have the MOON-VENUS conjunction, and my VENUS is antiscion his MOON, so they're MOONs are antiscion. Awww. That makes so much sense.

She really enjoyed curling up on the sofa with us as he curated the classic horror films, starting with the 1953 War of the Worlds, then Poltergeist (original), and some of Nosferatu. We had a lovely Hallowe'en night, after she went to her mom's to spend in there. Stayed up watching Night of the Living Dead, and discussing how it was Romero's statement on civil rights relations -- in 1968. Wrapping up with a short film starring the actor who plays our big bad, which was a perfect conclusion to the classic grotesques -- and being a poignant love story, the ideal end to the weekend. Curled up with chocolate chip cookies and cheesecake brownies.

That's gotta be the MOON antiscion VENUS, right? If not, squares are awesome!

Mars in Cancer...ew The conjunction to the ASC is probably a blessing. Soft Mars-Pluto sounds nice. Maybe you have some duad contacts too. Ahhh, there are so many astro tricks for those desperate to fill holes If you have a 1st, 5th or 8th overlay, this should help.

I'd say it can. I have a major crush an a guy that I have a Moon Venus Conjunction with. His own natal Mars/Venus Conjunction (that are both Conjunct his Uranus and Neptune) is Conjunct my own Moon. The Moon-Venus Conjunction is at an orb of about 3 degrees. But the Mars-Moon Conjunction is less than 1 degree. In addition to this, my own natal Venus is the same sign as his Moon, although it is unaspected. We also have each others Moon signs as our NN (his in Cap, mine in Taurus).

In my case I adore the crap out of this guy...and he literally can do no wrong. It doesn't help that Neptune is in the mix. Also worth mentioning is his Neptune (his chart ruler) is loosely Conjunct my Moon (my chart ruler), and my Jupiter (is Conjunct both his Mercury/Sun Conjunction) is Conjunct his 7th house ruler. My Sun/Asc/Mars also falls in his 5th.

I literally melt around this guy to the point that friendship (he's an Aqua with his Cap Stellium in the 11th Conjunct Uranus, and I'm a Venus in the 11th person) is getting tough. There is minimal 8th house stuff, except that his Mercury overlays my 8th, and my Moon is Conjunct his 8th house ruler (Venus). As far as Pluto stuff, his Moon is Opp my Pluto, and my Moon is Sex his Pluto. There is also an Opposition of his Pluto to my Venus. Both he and I are pretty Plutonian with his Sun and Mercury Square Pluto and Venus/Mars Sex Pluto, and my Moon and Mercury Square Pluto, with Pluto in the 5th.

The first time we hung out he literally couldn't keep his hands off of me, and not in a crude way (he is a Taurus Moon after all lol), but in a very sweet let me brush your hair out of your face way. My Cap Moon was a bit taken aback at first, but adjusted fairly quickly.

GrlyGirl200, it's hard to say in your case, though, since you have a moon-Mars synastry conjunction. That's about as hot as it gets!

Off topic, I'm wondering why you two aren't together?

@NYCDodger

Thanks, I respect your opinion.

Oh, Faith...

It's a long but simple reason we aren't together. It's basically fear. Not only do we have a lot of strong Saturn, but both of us have either Venus Saturn and or Moon Saturn. It doesn't help things at all. I have the Venus Saturn Opposition, and a Cap Moon, he has a Moon Saturn Square and Venus in Cap. Both of us are cautious...for instance if I say the smallest thing that might hint at rejection (like my Venus in 11th being unwilling to treat him any different he backs off). Same with me, he says something that alludes to rejection and I back off. Early on he tried to move things towards being more than friends and I my typical Cap Moon response was coldness. It also doesn't help that we are both heavily 11th house orientated and it's glaringly obvious we aren't friends despite trying to act as though we are. It actually is very strange, I talk about any person I'm flirting with and or like because I am trying to be a friend (despite how I feel...again 11th house Venus lol), but him...nope any and all romantic details on his side are not talked about at all or even if he is dating someone (I know he's sleeping with someone). It's kinda annoying because it reminds me of when a man wants to give off the appearance of being still available. Anyway he's my "friend" and I care alot about him, so whatever this is or isn't I know I have to deal with it in some way. I'm a Taurus Venus so once I like someone it's pretty much it for me. Another thing I have touched on (at least for me) is a reluctance to get involved because I think something with him might end up being way more intense than I am comfortable with.

And it is pretty intense. I think I said this before the Moon Mars Conjunction is at almost 0 degrees.
