What if someone's Moon falls in 4th house of another person? And is there any difference, between woman's or man's Moon?

I've been looking at this aspect the past few days. My conclusion in a nutshell is that the Moon person brings up feelings or "the feel of' the 4th house person's youth.

Whether that is positive or negative depends on a person's youth.

For a negative example, I have an adopted son who just started seeing a new woman. This woman's moon falls into his 4th house. His young childhood was far from idyllic (I got him when he was an adolescent). His mom full on neglected him, emotionally, and physically. He created a dreamworld and fantasized in order to cope. This new relationship is purely a sexual relationship (both in practice and in synastry), yet he is deluding himself into thinking it's "getting serious" or "going somewhere." See what I mean about childhood "feelings"?

One of my biological sons has this same aspect with his gf. They've been living together for 2 years and have created a cozy home life. He has Cancer in 2H which makes him want to 'build a home.' More conducive to a moon in 4H

I think that's in the ballpark anyway!!
