Has anyone had Mars opposite South Node DW in synastry with someone? If so what was it like?

It would be better to say "conjunct NN".

What is conjunct NN? I don't mean the North Node I mean the South Node.

SN is the opposite point of NN. It's an axis. If Mars is opposite SN then it must be conjunct NN.

To echo AA, do you mean Mars *conjunct* the NN? When you say Mars opposite the SN in synastry, that's what you're implying.

If Mars is *on* the SN, it would be conjunct the SN.

Anyway! I have Mars conjunct the SN with my boyfriend.
I have Mars conjunct the NN DW with my academic advisor.

My boyfriend has done many great things for me, but I often do feel as if I get very comfortable in the nest we've built for ourself and I no longer take active steps towards putting myself out there in the world at large.

With my academic advisor, both of us motivate one another to be "better" and do "better" - taking active steps to grow out of old patterns and adapt new roles.
Simply by being who I am, he adjusts rules to accomodate others.
Simply by being who he is, I modify my behavior to his theories and standards and notice vast improvements in my life as a result.

The NN is a very "motivating" and "inspiring" energy whereas the SN is a very "welcoming" and "comforting" energy.

This is the synastry I'm the outside and he's the inside. I just used 12:00pm for his birth time. I thought it was Mars opposite South Node. He and I aren't in a relationship we are friends.

You said being who you are your advisor adjusts rules to accommodate others. Why does he accommodate others because of you?

MARS conjunct SNODE.

That's a tricky one, in my experience. I've definitely had to settle some pretty rough karma with that one.

I read it can be a binding and sexual aspect.
