Has anyone come across this sort of interpretation for - Pluto in the 4th house, in the composite chart?
Is there any truth to it?

I found it a bit random, but interesting!

quote:
The placement that jumps out from this composite chart is Pluto at 6Vir47 conjunct the Imum Coeli at 6Vir20, the cusp of the 4th House, the house of the home. Pluto in the Fourth House is a rare placement with a dramatic meaning. I wrote the following based on other composite charts, long before I looked at the composite chart between John and Sean Lennon.

Here is the unusual meaning of composite Pluto in the Fourth House

Sounds rather arbitrary to me, actually. I've not seen that in my own experience. Not saying it can't happen! But I think we'd need more than simply that to attribute such drama to the placement.

I've heard similar for cPLUTO in any water house, really.

^ That's what I thought as well. It seemed arbitrary and they didn't give examples.

I looked up some famous couples, and I only found this particular placement in the Marilyn Monroe/JFK composite. But they are just one couple!
No one else seems to have it.

I really have no clue how they reached this interpretation.

I was wondering how Pluto in the 4th has played out for others - but I'm guessing not many on LL have had this placement either, since no one else is replying.

Could it be that rare Aubyanne?
What happened with the couple/s you encountered?

Bumping this because I have it with my husband. I have been trying to search, endlessly, on Google for info but there isn't really anything worthwhile. I can make up my own interps but not sure they will fit.

I KNOW we are together to "transform" something-we have a very karmic chart-and the only thing I can think of has to do with a situation involving his daughter, his ex wife and where we live (the country). Sometimes I think that the "pull" that finally made me leave Usa and move back home, after 18 years, was somehow my husband calling for help.

I also think that one day our paths will un-cross and I hope we have done our karmic "job" by then.

What's interesting is that with his exwife and the woman prior to that, all 3 of us gave my husband almost an identical composite chart!! Scary identical. I am the only one that put Pluto in the 4H.

Hi Charlie, how are things going? Any updates of your travels or thoughts with this 4th house Pluto?

i don't think it would be good cuz the home of the relationship would have the drama and ups and downs of Pluto. When Pluto is in the 4th in the natal, the early home is, often, violent. If not, it is, usually, traumatic.

I am seeing someone I like a lot and have fallen for but is not like what I had with my ex although it feels special too and significant, its been 3 months so its possible it can get deeper. In our progressed Davison we have Pluto in the 4th, he is the only other person I feel I have fallen for other than my ex. Our progressed davison pluto in the 4th is forming a YOD with northnode sextile venus.

Bingo with my ex we have Pluto in the 12th conjunct valentine, mars and sun.

I have pluto in the 10th and I have experienced a great true love that mortals seldom know with my ex. I don't understand why but I have never stopped loving him, that feeling of been in love has never faded with him, the connection I had with him feels like a fairy tale, out of this world, supernatural, its insane that 15 years have passed since we met and I still feel I have this unbreakable bond with him that can survive time and space, is like our love is completely undestructible and is floating around the universe imprinted in the universe in a time capsule forever (something like that). I have never fallen like that again. We don't have Pluto in the 4th. I have had some insane astral travel experiences with him too.

I have Pluto in the fourth house loosely conjunct Venus with my boyfriend (composite). I don't feel like we have been together long enough to really give accurate feedback on this placement.

I can say though that so far our biggest problems have been fourth house related. We have had difficulties because his housing situation is not great (he's living with his very sick elderly parents) and he is allergic to my cats so it has been difficult for him to stay at my place.

I have been told that these problems could be due to our moon square uranus in composite though.

I just came across this From The Inner Wheel (http://theinnerwheel.com/2012/05/11/composite-houses-the-second-quadrant/) -

quote:

(The 4th house is) different from the first house, because the first house is instinctive; the first house is about our initial way of being with one another, what happens when two become one. We have no control over the energy we give off in the first house. Any planets there define our togetherness to others, and are something others see right away, but we have little influence over them.

In the fourth house, we come to understand ourselves as a unit. We are aware of ourselves as a couple and make conscious actions and contributions as a couple. It’s an important house, because if we are not aware of working together, we may begin to work separately. If we have outer planets on the composite IC, we may have difficulty establishing our roots–we may love one another intensely, we may try to build a life together, but may have to fight tsunamis and earthquakes, and storms before we can establish our emotional roots. That’s another keyword for the composite house–emotions. What we feel together might be tender or it might be stormy, but the composite fourth will show us the status of our deepest, most intimate points.

The eighth house will describe our sexual intimacy, and the 12th our sense of spiritual oneness (talking about the water houses), but the fourth is where the intimacy is, and the sign on its cusp will tell us a lot about whether or not we let other people in. Scorpio or Pluto there can feel vulnerable, and hide our relationship from the outside world. Gemini will incline us to open our doors. If our sense of rootedness is secure, then the fourth house can show us our greatest strengths as a couple. Couples with a packed fourth house know that they feel stronger together than they ever did apart. This is because the fourth house represents the seat of personal power–the thing that we know can never be taken away from us. In a composite chart, it’s our bottom line as a couple, where we stand together, shoulder to shoulder, to face the world.

But that is it so far.

My partner and I have Uranus conjunct IC in Davison, it's conjuncting the MC in composite, we started living together relatively fast, I was more staying with him than at home during our first year and then we moved into our first home. We met in Florida and moved all the way to Colorado twice and live in Colorado.

So in our case having a generational planet in the 4th was not an obstacle to been together at all, I wanted to move away from Florida and take off somewhere far and have a big adventure and this relationship allowed for that. Uranus is hopes and dreams. We engaged in activism and risky activities career wise for a while together too. Our relationship has expanded a lot my life experiences, is a big reason why we have lasted. I will add that our relationship is unconventional.

hypatia238, thanks for sharing too - it's how we learn more (is this the Pluto opposite guy?).

Yes, what I am struggling with now is Davidsons composite or Midpoint? Which one to use? Or how to synthesis information from both. This composite business is a new learning journey for me.

Then there's the birth time, eg: is that Uranus reeelly on the composite IC?. The person I am looking at has a birth time of 5am which is unlikely (that anyone's born exactly on the hour). This brings complications for the natal chart (as well as the composites), eg: I'm enquiring whether his sun is in 1st or 12th house, and then his angles which of course creates a whole new picture to any composite. But that's another story and another post

Would be good to hear how the original posters up thare went or are going too ^^

Is not the Pluto opposite guy, no....

Yes we really do have Uranus on the IC in sag in Davison...come to think of it our love feels like a deep friendship and is not big on romantic love in my opinion, feels more detached/light but in Davison we also have moon opposite Jupiter exact so we laugh a lot together, feel very comfortable around each other and enjoy hanging out.
